I have never had so much trouble with online ordering or customer service in general. DO NOT USE this merchant, ever. The website states that most orders ship in 4 business days or less. After one full week with no update I contacted them via email for an update or tracking information for my shipment. After no response for an additional week, I found the time to phone them during their business hours. Not only was my order not on it's way but it was backordered for more than a month. They said they emailed me about this. No email was ever received and I was checking both my regular email and my spam folder regularly looking for something from them. After finally hearing of the backorder while I was on the phone with them, I asked him to cancel my order and refund my card. One week later I received an email saying the order was backordered??? Really?? I already had an email confirmation of the cancel. And guess what, they did not refund my card either. So for the (hopefully) last time, now I am trying to contact them again to get my order cancelled and my money refunded. Do not order from this guy! read more

Oh, I SO wanted this to go well, because the price was great and I really liked the guy I got on the phone. Let me say first that the coat I bought was worth the money I spent for it and my son LOVES it. Unfortunately, this was a terrible consumer experience. I was sent emails saying 'your package was shipped' with a tracking number for FedEx...it wasn't a valid tracking number and the package actually arrived STUFFED...CRAMMED into a US Post Office box, and the stamp was four days later than the email said the package was shipped...And the jacket size was really, really small. I ordered a 14 for a smallish 14 year old boy; the sleeves were a good 2.5 inches too small. His answer was, 'well, leather tends to run small." They really should put this ON THE WEBSITE but it's not. I dreaded having to do the return, since what should've arrived in 4-6 days took more than two weeks...but I really wanted the product. Make no mistake: it's a good product at a fair price...but I called. I was given instructions and I returned the jacket. It took another two weeks (and another lie in regards to the shipping date -- do they KNOW that the emails come with a date stamp and that packages are stamped with the date they're received? SO weird!) AND a fake tracking number. I saved the emails, I though the whole thing was so odd. In all, it took almost 2 months to get the coat I ordered, that I wanted for my son's first day of 8th grade. Good thing we live in California where it's warm. SO. The product was great, it was a good price. The customer service, though, is dreadful. Just dreadful. I'm so sorry to say it, too, because I did reach a live person when I called most times, and he did seem like a really nice guy.And the product DID eventually come through. So. If you have patience, know that the leather is sized VERY VERY small, it's a very nice product at a fair price. BUT, the web page USED to say 'Orders ship in 4 days or less..." that's absolutely NOT true; now it says MOST orders ship 4 days or less. And you have to remind them to ship your product to you, and if you have to do a return, well...not a pleasant or reassuring process. read more

Ordered an item online. Took 3 weeks to be delivered. Turns out they sent wrong item. Have called 4 times and they still have not corrected. Going to contact the Better Business Bureau to file an official complaint. They did acknowledge wrong item was sent, but no one is helping to get correct item shipped. This was absolutely by far the worst experience i've ever had with online ordering. I ordered my item in october 2014. After never receiving a shipping confirmation i contacted the company and sent them multiple emails with no response. When they finally did answer it was late November. They promised it would be shipped that week and i would receive a full refund. Here we are in January and no refund has been received and the product was just shipped out. I contacted the BBB as well. Please don't trust this company and get into the same situation i was in. read more

This business is run by a hothead. It took forever to get a shipping notice, I had to threaten law enforcement to get them to ship. Then when they did ship, they sent me the wrong item. They tried telling me they sent the item they sent me because I didn't need what they sent me. These people are crooks and I would not suggest ordering ANYTHING online or you will definitely get screwed over. I do not know how they are in person, but online...this is a horrid place to shop and their customer service is even worse. No freindliness what-so-ever, and they dodge phone calls like the plague. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! What a horrible experience! This website prides itself on wonderful customer service but has yet to prove this true. I placed on order on 9/3/16 and have yet to get any resolution to not having my product. I have not received a shipping confirmation, an email back, a call back or any communication for that matter. They screen your phone calls. I have called from multiple numbers and each time if goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed them from my personal email, and have not gotten a response. I have opened a dispute with PayPal regarding their actions and also my financial institution. I did talk to a gentleman 2 weeks ago and he stated that my product was received and would be shipped out that day. It's not here. I called again last week and a woman stated she would call me back because she has to talk to the shipping department and they were not it due to the time difference from where I was calling. I called at 8am PST, so it was 11am EST for them. I am sure any other productive business is open during this time. Bottom line, DO NOT ORDER from this website unless you want to battle with getting any type of communication with them. I wish I would have took the reviews seriously before ordering. I do not recommend this web-site at all, on November 17th, 2014 I purshased a Elysee red and white damask 9 piece bed in bag bedding set, was told to wait 6 weeks because the bedding set was handmade. Certainty charged my credit card and never issued a traking number, when I called, a person with a middle east accent answered the phone and when I told him that I had been monitoring my account, that I needed a tracking number, he said that the order had been sent, I asked again for tracking number, he cut the phone call. I keep calling and got a message that the answering machine was full. I sent an e-mail to the customer service department requesting the tracking number immediately or cancel the order. Never got an answer from them either So I called my credit card bank and explained the situation, I got reimbursed for the amount charged on the credit card and interest. After the bank contacted them, I checked the certainty's account and the order got updated to cancelled. I want this review to prevent experiences like mine and for that reason I am giving the details of my order with the b.s. answer that "is handmade", and also the rudeness of the customer service person that answers the phone. I also planning to write a review in every single web-site that offers me to write a review about this company. Certainty does not deserve this one star. Cancelled a back ordered product. Received it anyway months later. Contacted them regarding return & credit. Returned & have been fighting for credit for nearly a year. They have their merchandise AND my money. Will not answer or return my calls, and did not respond to my complaint filed with the BBB.
