Within days I was in touch with Kika, who was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. We had an initial phone call to go over what was to be painted and she left me feeling very happy with them in general. The day of the quote came and Gabor toured the home and was thoughtful, intelligent and explained his process in detail. He was very conscience and thorough of the tour - again he left us feeling like we were in good hands. That evening we received the quote, it was by far the most competitive and we were very happy with the numbers. Also, they knew we wanted a quick timeline, so they said we could have the unit painted the next business day. YAY! My review is getting long I know, but they were THAT good. The day of painting came and they finished the job with high quality ahead of schedule and exceeding all expectations. The house is BEAUTIFUL! They cleaned up nicely, and it was very easy putting things back to normal because of the work Gabor, Juan and the entire team achieved. Also, it's a random note, but the house smelled of peaches, not paint... He quoted $6,000 to complete the job which he didn't do. This was the worse decision we could have made to get the painting completed and the experience was less than one star. He took on a job he could not do and didn't have enough painters to support the project. Furniture was broken and left propped up as though no one would notice, his insurance was inactive when we reached out to get the broken furniture addressed, the painting team were complaining about not being paid, being treated poorly and constantly mislead. The painters stopped showing up due to non payment so the job took longer than quoted. He misrepresented himself and what he was capable of doing. He should be ashamed and clearly does not have a conscientious. Don't allow him to take advantage of you and shame on WOW 1 Day painting contracting with unethical partners....Take advice and hire real painters and not WOW 1 Day Painting
