He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. Ran a power management kit from below and HDMI from above through the wall. Wall mounted the soundbar and a power strip so that it would give the clean appearance I was aiming for. We had several pieces of furniture that needed assembly in our Santa Monica apartment. When the bedroom dresser box and nightstands were opened I was shocked at the number of pieces in the box. It was assembled board by board, nothing arrived put together in any way. All the work is beautiful and flawless. Attached are pictures of a few pieces of furniture he assembled. They responded right away and were able to help on the day that I needed. They replaced my old air conditioner and did an excellent job. They even met the challenge of trying to open my stuck shut louvered windows to get the old one out. They were extremely polite, friendly and professional.
