Brock was the salesman for us. Professional to the tee. From the beginning he gave us prompt estimate and followed up even on the day of painting he came in to check on the crew. The crew showed up exactly on time and finished our whole house outside painting on time. They had estimated day and a half to two but got it done in a long day. Mexican and a few gallons of paint and the ceiling if one room. A franchise of theives. The entire job for one very big room and a small room with ceiling painted was only $1300. Wow! What a difference! CertaPro Mt Laurel did a terrific job on our 3 story Victorian in Moorestown - plus all of the shutters and the garage. Huge amount of work for 3 people all done in a week. Very professional from start to finish. The estimate was by far the most complete and the price was very fair for the amount of work involved. Top quality paint as well, not some off-brand. Two men, in less than 2 full days, with little down time, prepped and painted 4 rooms, 2 baths, an alcove,2 exterior doors, and 8 exterior support beams. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE HIRING CertaPro of MT. LAUREL (Owner Jeff O.) - I have painted and helped paint many homes inside and out. I know the time it takes especially when you have other responsibilities such as work and family. When it came time to paint my townhouse, I saved my money and decided I would hire someone to do it for me. I hired CertaPro of Mt. Laurel. The job in my home consisted of the removal of wallpaper (in some areas) and painting; walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. I was promised that the CertaPro team could handle the job! A team of 4 men came to my home. Due to the fact they call themselves professionals, along with the fees that were charged, I can unequivacably say the work they did was a complete disgrace. I had paint dripped on carpets, paint drips dried on the baseboard trim and the walls, paint left on lighting and bathroom fixtures, water damaged flooring, areas not painted at all, sloppy spackling, and so much more. RATHER THAN TRY AND DESCRIBE ALL THE PROBLEMS, I AM PROVIDING A LINK TO SOME PICTURES I TOOK AFTER INSPECTING THEIR WORK! I was promised before the job began that after the work was completed, they would take care of any problems. They left more than just tiny errors. The owner Jeff, sent in a 2 man team to try and clean up what the first group left behind. The new team did not do all that was asked of them either. In fairness, there was so much the first team did wrong, it would have taken the 2nd team forever to clean it all up. As each team left, it became my responsibility to do the inspection of their work. I continued to find problem after problem. Jeff did submit an insurance claim for the water damaged floor and I was reimbursed for a good portion of the floor. Although they have insurance the insurance company prorates your floor etc. based on age. Ripping out and installing a new floor along with paying the cost difference of what I was reimbursed was not on the agenda when I signed up to have my house painted. Jeff (the owner) called the work his crew did "a mistake." I would urge you to look at the photos and ask yourself if this was a mistake or horrible, lazy, unprofessional workmanship. After further inspection when I called Jeff with more issues, he lost his temper and accused me of "taking advantage of the system." He shouted and told me to "take him to court." At this point I didn't want another CertaPro worker in my house ever again. After making a call to the Corporate Office, it was suggested I send an email to customersforlife@certapro.com. I did get a call from the Regional Manager. While he offered his apologies and also offered to send in a crew of his own, never once was I offered any type of refund. CertaPro worked in my house in November of 2017. I have just finished spackling, sanding, and repainting the whole house myself to clean up their mess, which is what I didn't want to do!!!! D. CertaPro Painters did a great job at our house. I reached out to 2 painters at the end of December 2016, both painting companies sent someone out to provide an estimate. I then reached out to CertaPro a week after the other companies and before the CertaPro person came out to provide an estimate CertaPro provided me an emailed list of what their technician will do once they come out, as well as time frames. They got me their estimate back same day and they scheduled and performed the work within the same week... The other 2 companies I had problems with their first estimates and I asked them to provide me an updated quote. CertaPro came in and quoted it, and then did the job and I am still waiting on a response from the other 2 companies from my request 3 weeks ago!!!!
