I've never known a company not to move furniture. When he entered my house and saw furniture he could've said something at that point which he did not. Also, my husband offered to help him move anything and he still chose not to address the fact that he did not move furniture in order to clean a carpet appropriately. My husband walked him through each room and noted the closets. I also told him we had 3 closets in our initial phone conversation as he asked me how big each one was. He has cleaned enough carpets to know that each bedroom has a closet as required to be considered a bedroom. 3 bedrooms, 3 closets! He just did not clean the master bedroom closet. When my husband said something to him he said he was running late for his next job. Instead he knocked off a few bucks which was not acceptable as we'd rather get what we thought we were paying for than save $5! This is copied from HIS website. Apparently it's false advertising! Beware that if the price is cheap there is a reason! From the initial conversation through the conclusion of the cleaning we make "customer service" a priority! William Boom has owned & managed this 4-person carpet & uphostery cleaning franchise for 21 yrs. (His two sons work for him.) One of two work vans are sent to compete a work order-- see pic. (Any business open two plus decades must be doing a lot right:) William & his employee (I'm so bad w/ names-- I apologize) spent at least ONE HOUR cleaing each recliner! That was prior to the men Scotchguarding each chair for $20. The initial cleaning was $65 per chair. These two men (see pic) took so much time deep cleaning the recliners while using very little water. By tonight, I should be able to sit in them. The chairs now look incredible! I'm so impressed. If you reside in North Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Zephyrhills, Dade City, or San Antonio, FL & need carpet or uphostery cleaning, I highly suggest you give William a call.
