Absolutely repulsive staff working here, please find another provider for yourself or your loved ones because the type of care here is negligent. My grandmother had a biopsy done in July 2023, we have been working countless times to reach their staff, which always appear 'busy' via phone, solely for her results. (Please understand that my mother and I work full time jobs, my grandmother has dialysis treatments, AND we live about 45 minutes away, so a visit isn't necessarily easy for us to do). We would call in between our shifts, call after and even before work sometimes, while they have yet to return our calls. Our answering machine will prove just that. It is now October 24 and we received a letter in the mail with her results indicating that WE THE FAMILY have made no attempt in a follow up and that they were no longer responsible for her case. This is completely inexcusable by management on all means. I can only hope that there are better dermatologists that can help reverse the damage and make up for the lost time spent waiting around for this incompetent team. read more

Ask the dermatologist where is he or she going to be working at? Because it's a little hard to get a hold of the dermatologist that I had there. Manhong, MA didn't tell me where she was going to be working at too much. I didn't like the annual once a year skin exam that she did. She made a comment about my breast being big during 2023 during the last annual skin exam. read more

Can I give zero stars? I moved here and was looking for a new location. The doctor (who everyone loves for some reason) was awful with me. I told her my history of skin cancer and she made comments about how "young" I was as I was told I needed a skin check. I ended up changing her immediately and am now sitting for a 8:30am appointment. The receptionist left me with the tablet and hasn't been back since it's now 9am, I showed up here at 8:20am. Such a waste of time and zero manners disappearing. Also why schedule a 8:30 when it's now 9am and that's when it says it opens. The people in the back are sitting and talking! Another person in the waiting room walked in, no help was here to assist him. He complained about this place as well. Terrible honestly. Now been waiting here for an hour. No receptionist to help. I Was a new patient at this office and saw A NP - BATSHEVA FOLLMAN, if I could give a negative star I would. I'm going to report this office and I want "NP" nursing license who saw me. she falsified records. I plan on reporting her to NJ state commission of nursing board! she did not do a complete exam as she stated in her report. she did not do a focused exam as stated in her report.. She did NOT get a signed consent as stated in her exam. My entire report was falsified and wrong . I went to them with a suspicious mole how can I trust an office who didnt even do a complete exam but stated in the report they did.. if they would have she would have seen other issues that was going on .. She literally said 5 sentences to me. I even questioned the front desk after my appt was over. I tried to speak to her during appointment but she literally just stood there and looked dumbfounded. As a fellow RN I am disgusted at the way I was treated and the false notes that were documented. Is this how they treat all patients??? Or just ones that are self pay??? Cannot trust this office of this NP at all especially now with a questionable diagnosis of a malignancy!!! read more

Certified dermatology in Whiting NJ If all doctors visits could be so easy, delightful and informative I would be so happy! From the staff to the doctor the visit was nice. I was in not once but twice to see doctor Aryay Gefen in the toms river church road location. I was in the first session where he declared that it was just my eczema flare up all over my body.Ive had excema since I was a child and never had it this bad. He proceeded to put me on the injection dupixent because he thought it was excema and it would control my flare up. I proceeded to follow up with him bc I had seen no changes and he still said it was excema. I immediately went to urgent care soon after and the doctor barely walked in for 2 seconds and noticed it was scabies and not excema. The fact that the doctor made such a rational decision to put me on a medication that had nothing to do with the symptoms sickens me. God forbid I had a reaction or worse. I will never go to this dermatologist center ever again. read more

Worst experience from any Dr's office visit, the nurse that checks you is very rude and not friendly at all. They treat you like a stranger knocking on your door. You never see the real Dr, only the assistant. The assistant diagnosis is different from my first visit, is it eczema or psoriasis? Giving different creams because they say insurance won't cover. You'll never see the doctor. You'll only see the physician assistant. They require you to download some stupid app to check in now. I've been there quite a few times, for few different issues. They can't even freeze a few warts off my foot properly. They constantly prescribe me creams that my insurance doesn't cover, and rarely give me any actual advice on what the diagnosis is. Is it eczema? Is it psoriasis? They won't diagnose my skin issues. Just horrible overall experience. read more

I had an appt in Nov. The PA told me it was large and the dr would have to remove it. They did a biopsy and told me they thought it was cancer. They called in Dec and said it was basil cell and set up the removal for Han 19. The person that called said to wait until after Christmas because it would be painful. I went today at 9 and waited 45 minutes. I go in the room and the girl says are you here for the results? I said my surgery was scheduled for today. She said the dr was not there. The PA comes in and gives me the same info as she told me in Nov. She was not comfortable removing it. She apologized and said I could go next week to another office for the dr to do. She told me it was a mistake with the scheduling. They had 6 weeks to undo a mistake and call me to fix. I have never been so upset. I was nervous to start, but I became very upset that I have had to go through this with no results. When I went in Nov, they asked me why I let it get so big, but 2-months later, I am still waiting. There is no caring today, just more money and corporate practices. Everyone can make mistakes, but when the mistake is made with you, it is vet upsetting. read more
