This office is SO DIRTY its truly insane. I wanted to walk out immediately. There was literally grime and fluids dripping down walls and someone elses specimen cup sitting out in my room when i walked in ... and a syringe just laying on the table. SO beyond disgusting and unprofessional. The doctor I saw was totally nice and seemed knowledgeable. Cant believe the people in charge don't make even 1% of an effort to make this look like less of a diseased garbage dump

Horrible stitch job, infection, and terrible scar over something I later found out that was none threatening.

DO NOT LET THEM PERFORM SURGERY. They have butchered my mother's face, my arm, and a friend of mine even leaving stitches inside someone's chin. They do not care about your body and chop you up without the professional skills of stitching properly. I had a mark removed and they had loose stitches causing the incision to slit open. I have a scar that I live with every day and when I came to them crying saying how much pain I was in, they said it was "open but not like OPEN" meanwhile I had a major infection just days after they operated on me. I later found out I didn't even need to get this surgery and they were doing it to be safe and I'm left with a scar that looks like a bullet wound the size of a quarter. I spoke to multiple other people about what happened to me and every single person I know says they are the worst. Do not go there. P.S.Forgot to mention while I was in the waiting room, there was blood on the chairs. Disgusting Lakewood office.

Bill for $17 for a $8 Dr Scholls product that I never got anyway!

I was greated by the male nurse with a smile and the female PA was so friendly and made me instantly feel at ease.

I experienced a postoperative staph infection while under the care of Dr. Glicksman, which went…read moreuntreated for two weeks and ultimately necessitated three additional surgeries within the following 12 months. Additionally, a different size implant than the one I consented to was used during the initial surgery. My preoperative intravenous antibiotics were halted shortly after administration due to an allergic reaction. Despite my inquiries to Dr. Glicksman and her nursing staff regarding which intravenous antibiotic would be administered next, medical records indicate that I was never restarted on antibiotics prior to the initial surgery. Three days postoperative, I began to experience symptoms of infection including increased swelling and pain. Even after repeatedly emailing Dr. Glicksman about my worsening symptoms, I wasn't seen in person until eight days postoperative. By then, my symptoms included swelling, pain, body aches, and fever. Dr. Glicksman failed to diagnose the infection and repeatedly expressed disbelief that I had one. Nine days postoperative, I requested for her to prescribe antibiotics but the antibiotics she prescribed did not treat the staph infection. Fourteen days postoperative, due to my insistence, she agreed to perform a second "exploratory" surgery to investigate the cause of my worsening symptoms. By then, the infection had spread to my incision, causing visible cellulitis, and one of my implants had to be removed. Culture results later confirmed that I was suffering from a staph infection. Two days after the second surgery, I went to the ER due to shortness of breath and to seek a second opinion. The following day, Dr. Glicksman received the lab results from the second surgery; however, she declined to prescribe the necessary antibiotics to treat the staph infection, suggesting instead that I consult an allergist and an infectious disease specialist before she would prescribe them. Due to ongoing concern, I immediately sought treatment at the emergency room, where I was promptly started on the appropriate medication for the staph infection. During a Zoom appointment seven days after the second surgery and implant removal, Dr. Glicksman instructed me to cut my own surgical sutures and terminated our treatment relationship, stating that she could not continue with me "running off to the ER," which to me felt like patient abandonment. The experience of losing a breast implant, enduring a staph infection for two weeks, and undergoing repeated revision surgeries has significantly impacted my physical well-being, emotional state, and financial stability. I tried to resolve this issue directly with Dr. Glicksman by requesting a refund for the two surgeries she performed, but my request was denied. I intended to use the funds to help cover the costs of the two additional surgeries necessitated by the infection. Her lack of accountability and compassion throughout this traumatic experience has been incredibly disheartening. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering her services.

I'm disappointed with the lack of accountability and would have appreciated more willingness to resolve the issue.

Amazing. After 10 years of seeing another dermatologist and seeing my acne continue to get worse,…read moreI found Dr. Victor. For the first time in the treatment of my acne, Dr. Victor offered me two solutions that I had never before afforded, spirionolactone and isotretinoin. I selected the generic version of accutane (isotretinoin) and began my treatment. Dr. Victor answered all of my questions and monitored my treatment closely. I completed the treatment over a year ago and I am so grateful. My skin is the best it has ever looked. Dr. Victor listens to my concerns and brainstorms solutions that are right for me. I have recommended him to everyone (my mom, grandmother, and husband all go to him now).

If I could rate this as a zero I would. I have never had a more disrespectful and impatient doctor…read morein my life. I saw Dr. Victor after I had received melanoma surgery as a follow-up. As soon as he was in the room you could tell he was in a rush, speaking fast, rushing through my checkup. He then said all set and started to rush out of the room. I had serious concerns about my surgery/questions about my skin, and I had to call him back into the room as he was rushing out of the door. After my surgery question, I asked him about a cleanser he would recommend for my skin. He proceeded to say go to the bathroom and grab the sample packets and good luck then out the door he went. There was such a lack of care for a young girl clearly struggling with a scary surgery and some skin concerns. However, I stayed quiet because being young you believe ok "doctor knows best." I went back again for another 3 month follow up thinking maybe it was just a heavy caseload for him that one day and the next time would be better. Nope same thing... rushing around I saw him for maybe 2 mins. I told myself ok maybe he is just busy and he doesn't really care too much for the skin exams. However, my Mom decided to go see him after she was having a severe reaction to something she was itching so bad in her sleep she was bleeding and creating some scars on her legs. She went to him and told her it was eczema (she's never had eczema before in her life) and gave her a cortisone shot. She thought ok finally something to relieve herself from this pain. However, nothing happened after the shot she still had uncontrollable itching and was continuing to bleed in her sleep. She ended up needing to go to the Medi clinic later the next week for a cold and she mentioned to the doctor on staff that her legs were itching and how she received a cortisone shot but it was still painful. The doctor at the run of the mill Medi clinic was horrified and diagnosed her right away and told her it was a different skin condition that could be cleared up quickly with an antibiotic lotion. She went home used the lotion and within a short period of time, it was all cleared up. I am not one to complain or put negativity out there but these experiences have left me horrified. I do not recommend if you are looking for skin check-ups or if you need concerns/questions answered about your skin.
