Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

For what it included I think it's priced very well and my car looks and smells great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable during the wait. Shows up to perform the service and immediately begin to question whether he can work on it today because of the heat. I politely explained that I had cleared my schedule today to be available for this appointment and it would be difficult to reschedule in the near future. He agreed that he would go ahead and get it done today as planned, then within 30 minutes claimed his generator was malfunctioning. Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

Went there and they did full detailing on my vehicle. After…read morei picked my car, i saw that the whole hood and around is soooooooo scratched (all the way under the clear coat). Asked the guy and he told me it was like that. He said dealers hide scratches and after detailing they show. I understand that but the problem is that i own my vehicle for 5 years now and is not the first time to get it detailed. Showed my hood to a few other detail places and they all told me that it was the chemical, machine or something Dr Detail did wrong. The problem is that i need to pay $400 to FIX this guys detailing.
