The people that were under contract backed out of the deal because of this. Maybe the inspectors should know what is required before the write it in a report. I also find it amazing how many people and agents we have spoke to that have said sorry that this was the company that did the inspection. Everyone has said this is the worst company around, and kills more deals than anyone in the area. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different company.
