I can not say enough about Jeff. It is always difficult when faced with unknown conditions in a home that your are purchasing. Jeff was very thorough and systematic. He was doing his job so well that my husband and I forgot to check out things on our own. Never did I feel that Jeff rushed or skimmed over the structures, electrical or plumbing. He invites questions and offers recommendations and suggestions to improve concerns. The follow up report is detailed and descriptive of existing conditions and recommendations to remedy the defects. Jeff is very professional and thorough and will inspect every inch of a house, inside and out.
