I also find it amazing how many people and agents we have spoke to that have said sorry that this was the company that did the inspection. Everyone has said this is the worst company around, and kills more deals than anyone in the area. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different company.

I am fair but can be very demanding and am not easy to please - so this is not just ignorant gushing. Ketron are the very best kind of contractors. Family business operated by people passionate about their trade and chasing perfection every day. Service and quality of product were class A. I received a total of 9 quotes for my full roof replacement (40 squares of composite) and Ketron were not the cheapest or going to have the fastest installation. They were just below average on cost and their install was actually going to be one of the longest once it was started. But they had a spot in their schedule to do the work that worked with my busy schedule (I never let contractors work when I'm not around) and their knowledge on the products and process seemed superb and their sales style of no BS, no push, just information made me believe they were going to provide the most value for what I paid. I was correct. Not only did they put a beautiful new roof on my house, they spent several extra days ensuring that every trim, fascia, and waterproofing detail was done perfectly so that I never have water in my house again. There's no way anyone promising 2 or 3 day roof replacements is going to be this thorough. Communication through out the process was spot on and no issues with paperwork or payment terms. They kept the site very clean after every work day. A comprehensive report at the completion of construction was handed over with great detail on any issues they encountered, how they were resolved, and photos showing exactly what I paid for being installed correctly. Genuinely enjoyed talking with both the owners and the entire process was as good as I have ever had with a contractor. Couldn't recommend strongly enough to anyone looking for any sort of roofing help - give Mitch and Clay a call. I will be using them again as my sole bid for new construction moving forward - the only contractor I trust this much. A partner in business not just another bidder.

Also, I placed a sticker on the new dishwasher's on button which became "potential problem" with it...Oh and missing window screens when they were easily located in the garage (removed to clean windows). Just the tip of the iceberg, but sooo many stupid items IT RUINED MY HOUSE SALE. If anything, my home was 50% at least better than when purchased. Spotless, turnkey, zero safety issues, beautiful. This obviously inexperienced inspector scared away the buyers with his ridiculous list that made it horrible to them. How is the first inspection just fine then after 60k in improvements, love, new paint throughout, repairs and additions, you make it look horrible? Something strange went on here and I hope to find out what.

What a fantastic experience of picking out product from an extensive inventory and then Chuck coming to the house the very next day to measure and prepare a bid. Great customer service. Once purchased Chuck scheduled our installation a week later. Torry and Joe showed up early on 10/22 and began the installation. Both seasoned installers with years of experience and knocked out the entire project in 1 day. The finished is beautiful and my brother could not be happier with the quality of the finished work. Finally, the devil is in the details. Torry and Joe replaced all the furniture and did an immaculate job of clean up of old carpet, and sawdust from the flooring cuts. Well done!
