I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

Unfortunately the reality didn't line up at all with what reviewers were saying. After we put down the deposit, Rebecca was virtually impossible to get ahold of, each time giving a different excuse (she disappeared for 2 weeks saying she caught a fever then another week saying her phone was in the shop). I had to ask repeatedly for her to deliver the most basic things (confirmation of the latest plan, a run of show timeline, contact my vendors, literally anything) and she never did, often getting upset with me for even asking. Most of my vendors said they didn't hear a word from her til they met her the day of the wedding. So what should have been a seamless process was all over the place. The day of was worse. They didn't play our song as we walked down the aisle, left the ceremony venue a mess (so much so that my wife and I had to return to clean the venue ourselves the next day), messed up our seating chart despite several emails with super clear instructions and dropped the ball on almost everything we asked them to do. You truly get what you pay for here. Unless you like working on your wedding hire a different coordinator.

He set up our decor just as we'd envisioned (and sometimes even better), and at the end of the night packed it up just as carefully. We especially appreciated how attentive he was to our parents and to our guests with dietary restrictions. Whether it was reworking floral arrangements to create an extra boutonniere just before family photos, or enlisting the venue coordinator to repair our cake topper in the middle of the reception when we thought it was beyond saving, we were consistently impressed with Luis's dedication, resourcefulness, and professionalism. I am naturally a very anxious person, but as soon as I saw Luis in action I knew that I could relax and that he had everything under control. At the end of the night he even personally followed the delivery driver back to our hotel to ensure our decor was returned safely. He helped me make mindful edits and suggestions as an unexpected injury almost sidelined the whole event. His team was so understanding at pivoting all throughout the day. There were so many last minute changes that took place. They were such great sports about everything. They were super patient, very professional when approached and helped me with every change up needed. All of my guests had a fabulous time with DJ Winston, spinning tunes and giving out light up sticks on the dance floor (that was a very nice surprise). Winston was so easy to work with. He arranged our playlist perfectly. Ben, our photographer, was really super! He helped us with staging, posing, checked for optimal angles and lighting. Did retakes on the spot if it wasn't perfect. I really appreciated that. All throughout the event, he was running around taking shots, double and triple checking my pre-set list of must have photos. He didn't miss a beat. During our event, I recall seeing him on the floor, behind the tables, by the back wall - I mean he was literally everywhere! I think he was more anxious than I, about the photos I said I wanted as he reminded me a few times that I didn't take the few shots that said I wanted. LOL (No worries Ben, you did it, we got them all)! And kudos to our photo booth attendant, Jeffrey. A man of very few words but he was patient and took care of 70+ guests in 4 hours. He manned the photo booth solo and it ran very smoothly. Between the multiple prints for each person and those re-takes, he was so quick. (Some of us were caught off guard so outtakes and retakes were indeed a thing). The 40+ teens definitely had a great time taking photos at the booth. All of our photos came out great. Choosing the photo layout and card design was actually the hard part - we took a bit of time to choose. Our guests really enjoyed the variety of props provided, you could tell the had fun with it. The best part was the silver backdrop we chose for our booth -- it was classy and stylish. Loved it and it complimented our decor! I totally recommend Dynasty Weddings without reservation.
