Saturday night was one of those nights. We chose 1812 Piano Lounge in Allentown to celebrate Billy's 60th birthday, and we truly could not have chosen a more perfect place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The service was absolutely incredible, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere and energy were simply unmatched. Every member of your team helped make our night feel special, and it never went unnoticed. And the music... WOW! Both entertainer were with out a doubt fantastic! We laughed, we sang, we celebrated, and we enjoyed every single minute of being surrounded by the people we love. Looking around that room and seeing our family and friends smiling, laughing, singing, and having such an amazing time was something I will never forget. When you plan a milestone birthday, you hope everything comes together. You hope everyone has fun. You hope the person you're celebrating feels loved. 1812 gave us all of that -- and so much more. Our friends and family are STILL talking about Saturday night, and I honestly think that is the greatest compliment we could give you.

The creative food, craft cocktails and an atmosphere that is comfortable but not snobby. Great service with a friendly staff. We just recently had our Fall wedding (early October) at Monterre, and the scenery was breathtaking. The entire day, our guests were complimenting the fall foliage in the vineyard. We're so excited to get back our professional wedding pictures, many of which were taken directly in the middle of the vineyard. The large low-hanging branch tree is an amazing location on the property for your ceremony! In terms of the food, almost all our guests said the entire day (cocktail-hour hors d'oeuvres, entrees and wedding cake) provided some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Personal recommendations would be the braised beef, lump crab cake and vegetarian-option gnocchi. All delicious! Finally, know that when you choose to have your special day at Monterre Vineyards, you're in the hands of true professionals in Matt, Amy, Kevin and the entire staff of cooks, bartenders and servers. From the day we met them until our final correspondence the day after our wedding, the staff gave us their full attention and ensured that our wedding was an unforgettable, beautiful event. We would rate Monterre Vineyards an A+/5 Stars, and would strongly recommend them to any prospective clients!!

Basically an Arnold Palmer on steroids. Husband didn't like it because it was too lemony for him. I drank it and got a decent buzz. lol. We did order chili, New England Clam Chowder and 2 orders of the fried chicken potstickers with a sweet chili tai sauce. The bartender never asked how are food was. The potstickers were cold. I don't know if we messed with them because of ordering all appetizer. But we were never asked if we wanted our food in a certain order either. The chili was good. The clam chowder was very good. They definitely used whole little necks. My only complaint is that it wasn't "chowdery". It was more of a brothy soup. We came in on a rainy day and there really wasn't anyone in the restaurant. Don't know if I'll be back. Overall, service was extremely slow.

The dining room, Grace Hall, was beautiful and was arranged perfectly for our event. We had a lovely view of the golf course and access to a large patio. The room had an airy, spacious feel. We had plenty of room for a 5-piece band and for our 40 guests to mingle. Christine was a great help in planning the event, and the staff who served that evening were very helpful and accommodating. We had numerous compliments on both the food and the ambiance. Many thanks to Christine and her staff for helping us make this celebration festive!

We stopped by and had a great conversation - turns out it was largely a misunderstanding but he was still more than willing to self-reflect, apologize and let us know that we were always welcome here. He also let us know that one of their goals as a business is to be open and welcoming to EVERYBODY. They definitely proved that to be true this time around and we've definitely found our new place to walk to and bring our friends! While we had a FANTASTIC experience our first time here, when we came back around 5pm this past Monday (7/26/2021), it was the complete opposite. We sat at the bar, had some delicious beer, and the bartender was lovely. Then one of the owners came behind the bar and started chatting with a man two seats down from my fiancée and I. They started spouting off about a whole host of controversial topics quite loudly, but what really killed the vibe was when the owner said "those f***ing f***ots" loud enough for the whole bar to hear. My fiancée and I are a queer couple and felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
