I don't get to experience Ceviche's enough, so when this place came to my attention*, I was able to order a very unusual (to me) type: Ceviche chicharron. This is pork (!), but before you retch, hear me out. The pork has been cooked (it's crispy), and sits in a ceviche 'sauce'. Not to my wife's liking, but she's not writing this . Very different for the normal fish ceviche, and I really liked it. $14 before tax. Service was fine. Ambiance? A small shop with tables. * - mistakenly listed in a local paper for $10. If you've also been misled, help by complaining to that organization! read more

You can miss this place if it's your first time, parking is tiny and so is the place. Don't let the size fool you. It was delicious. Walk in and take a seat if there is a table open. Like I said, there are probably 9 tables total. Good music playing, 2 people working the front, good vibes all around. We got the fried fish and the Lomo saltado. They were both delicious and personal preference, but we skipped the tostones. We will be back for sure to try more food. read more

I came here because of friend that likes the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the food! The place is a little cozy with a single person at the front taking care of all of us. The service was great and the Lomo saltado was absolutely delicious. The Lomo saltado had flavored white rice, fries that were crispy and fluffy and meat that paired perfectly with a garlic sauce. I couldn't get enough of it. We also ordered a guava jam bread to eat at home and it was fresh and sweet. I will definitely recommend to anyone that would like to try Colombian food! read more

This small restaurant had l really yummy food. The food was seasoned very well and I enjoyed every delicious bite. There was a simple pickled onion salad that was nice and fresh. Parking is limited so be prepared to search for a spot. The place was pretty crowded for Saturday lunch time. Next time I will eat at the shop instead of getting take out. I got the Grilled chicken (Pechuga de pollo a la parrilla) with rice and beans, side of tostones, and tres leches cake to finish everything on a sweet note for just a little over $20 for everything. The food had nice clean fresh flavors and very satisfying. Chicken was grilled just right, moist and thin...a very hard thing to achieve. Great place. Owners are Colombian but offer food from the region. The food is great, but din't expect a Mexican restaurant when you go. My wife had the salad, my daughter had the lomo saltado, and I had the jalea de mariscos. Portion sizes were good, and we were all very satisfied. Me and my husband went to this restaurant for lunch. They were very crowded, and because of that, the service was a little bit slow, but wasn't bad. I ordered the Chilemon salad, it was very yummy. I also ordered guanabana juice, that was spectacular. My husband, however, decided to go with a Sandwich. He ordered the Cuban sandwich, what a mistake. having grown-up in Miami, and being part Cuban, there's nothing, absolutely nothing Cuban in this sandwich. It was in a bun, with tiny slices, of cheese, ham, and turkey like the ones you buy in the supermarket. The sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. It supposed to be roasted pork in it, and there was none. This is the main reason we gave them only three stars. read more

I search for Peruvian food in Memphis come up this one , on Facebook page says it open Friday until 8pm I drove from my hotel room get there 6:30 the attendant told me they are closing and my only option was get the food to the hotel. Their mixed grill was expertly cooked, the seasoning for the old staples, rice and black beans, made them taste new, and their canastas de plantanos freaking rocked! We tried Cevicheria for the first time tonight, and we will be coming back. The two plates we had were delicious, and they had the right amount of food. We had the fish ceviche and the carne asada. We also tried the yuca frita and tostones. The carne asada was well seasoned and cooked to perfection and the ceviche was fresh and had the perfect amount of acidity.
