I returned and showed up on Friday afternoon and after processing the payment, I went around the back where they load your car for you. (Note: They do offer delivery, but I believe your order has to be $400 minimum). Anyways, they loaded me up in under 3 minutes and I was on my way back home. All the chairs were in good condition and I returned them immediately after the weekend, by pulling up to the same door where the men unload it for you. Quick and painless. Reasonably priced. Will def use them again! My only negative would be the hours. They are closed on Weekends and only open until 3pm on weekdays which makes things a little hard to manage.

They gave us a contract, then called to say it's no longer valid because other people wanted the tent. The tents they did give us, they complained about the position of them saying how "last time I was in the area, I got yelled at by security". Which I'm not sure has anything to do with us. Then as the manager is leaving, she yells at one of our employees saying how much of a hassle the whole process has been. If we could have untipped and gotten out of the whole thing, we would have. Make sure you call before booking with them so you know exactly what you're getting into.
