So now they are charging double (possibly), charging an outrageous price for PU/DO for 48 total minutes of $400 PU/DO fee for a 24 minute round trip $400 someone is getting paid $400 per hour to drive RIGHT!!!! So since it was 2 days, the driver did drive a total of 48 minutes, so it is literally $400 or a bit more. DISGUSTING!!!! The poor driver probably only gets $20 so the company pockets the rest. I truly do love Capitalism, but I don't like the fact that the company is not only ripping off the customer, but their employees as well. Other fees Emission surcharge $83.50 the customer pays for the fees that the government charges them. State of NJ $63.00+ The actual rental was the same as the PU/DO & other charges. They don't feel bad about double charging for their equipment. There is nothing you can do, if you DO NOT find it fair or right, too bad, that is the way they do business. It's awful that they charge someone that needs their help by renting a piece of their equipment and then charges about the same to pick it up and drop it off and the states fees.
