When it came to saving our house which he promised us he could, we just didn't have enough money to pay him and the court didn't seem to care. It's a shame how money is all these goons care about. During our Bankruptcy he also took tools and other personal items which I later learned was illegal, but can't do nothing about it now.

About a month after we had a consultation with Chad, we still hadn't heard anything from him. We contacted him as to what was happening with our case, and he wouldn't respond to our emails. When we finally contacted him saying the arrangement was not working out for us, he sent us a sarcastic email, saying he thought he had done a good job working on our case. However, he claimed to have sent out a letter of notice to the mortgagee, and he claimed to have sent copies of that letter to my sister and I. Neither of us received anything and, as it turns out, neither did the mortgagee. When we questioned Chad, he provided a long list of things he had allegedly done on our behalf but provided no proof of it. We fired Chad and hired a new attorney. The new attorney has contacted him seeking clarification on some of what he supposedly had done, and he refuses to respond to his requests either. I don't believe he did one thing on our case in the two months we had retained him.
