Nonetheless, our contact person Madeleine and her crew came out to assess our foundation and cracks and some mold from the humidity in the crawlspace. In the end we went with mold remediation, a sump pump, new vapor barrier, joist lifts, and air sealing to keep out the creepy crawlies. Big ticket expense, but when compared to the competition, we went with them because of the thoroughness with the estimate interview and the willingness to answer all of our questions, they were also well-spoken of on other review sites including a popular large community message board, and the price was pretty comparable. Also, the crew was very good. My only ding would be was not putting the items in the crawlspace back in the order that it was originally, which saved space. But to add to their credit, we have one additional project that needs to be done outside of Little Corner's scope and the new company took a look at Little Corner's work and said "They did a very good job, this is how we would have done it." I think that speaks well of them as a whole. They may not be the biggest company, but they are professional, kind, and diligent about their work. Thank you, Madeleine and crew.

We could not be happier with our major drainage project. We had recently had roofing and gutter…read morerepairs which moved the downspouts into new and better locations ensuring a dry crawlspace - that effort introduced a greater amount of water into the backyard, effectively washing away the topsoil. Jaris and his team arrived and quickly set to work connecting the downspouts into one large 6 in. system for drainage, including multiple clean outs and two AC drains! The entire system is below ground and they even had to run the pipe through a brick wall during their effort. He was able to schedule the installation for a couple days later. Oscar has a great work ethic and did a fantastic job taking the old ones out, including removing the cement that held them in, and installed the new vents in no time flat. He even cleaned up the debris and took it away with him. These new vents look so much better than the old ones that were barely functional anymore. This new and improved version will automatically open and close seasonally based on the temperature outside. It's a five year warranty on operation and the box frame. It was worth every penny!

He said "they never should have gone off the blueprints and the person that did this was recently let go anyways". Sadly they charged me for both engineer reports. Oscar responded to my call immediately then quickly came out to give a quote. It was a shocking and distressing situation so we appreciated his quick response time. He is very nice, and instead of trying to upsell with a lot of encapsulation stuff we didn't want or need, he quoted for exactly what the structural engineer said to do and did it right away. I sent the videos he took of his work to the structural engineer, who said it was exactly what he had recommended. Oscar and his crew also fixed something additional before leaving, which was a great help and kindness. The cost of the work was very reasonable, and the work was excellent and done right away.
