We were repeatedly told that a part was being ordered daily, yet it never arrived. They took the time to discuss a lot of possibilities with me over the phone before I was a customer. I had the work done and a day later another check engine light came on. I called The Euro Shop and explained what was happening. Turns out it was just some wires to a sensor that I had replaced. I returned the car and it was fixed in no time with no additional charge, and they even offered me a ride home when I dropped the car off.
