We were charged fees that were never discussed before dropping off the vehicle. These charges appeared after the car had been there for over four days, with no resolution in sight. We were repeatedly told that a part was being ordered daily, yet it never arrived. I didn't need any appointment. They placed our van on the lift, checked it out, pointed out what needed to be done, didn't sell me anything I don't need, and repaired what needed to be repaired only. I was in and out of the place in less than 1 hour. I appreciate their honesty and price was reasonable for what they took care of. I'll go back there again next time I've exhaust/muffler issue(s).
