In fairness, we did attempt to resolve the matter directly with the owner, Darly, but unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution was reached. I am usually very mindful about leaving reviews, but what transpired was beyond the line of remaining silent. A veteran who served honorably in the United States Navy suffered from severe tinnitus and tragically took his own life while sitting in his cherished vehicle. His newly widowed wife was devastated, and under the guidance of her pastor, she entrusted Pittstop to repair the truck. Kathy, a grandmother in her 70s on a fixed income, clearly communicated the need to keep costs low so the vehicle could be sold. A local Ford dealership had even offered to purchase the truck after repairs. Unfortunately, Pittstop was not equipped to properly handle repairs involving fluids and stains from the accident. Instead of using specialized equipment to treat the affected areas, they opted to replace parts, resulting in a significant final bill. When the owner spoke callously about her father's blood, it deeply upset Kathy's daughter, Stephanie, paid the bill and barely made it to her vehicle before having a breakdown in the parking lot from all the pressure. She left without taking the truck. Arrangements were made to have the truck picked up and delivered to the dealership. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pickup bed was left in poor condition, covered in trash, dirt, and grime. Additionally, the driver's side carpet was unfinished, with seams mismatched and carelessly placed. All issues have been thoroughly documented. I wish that the photos could be attached to this review. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options. For some background, my car had stains on the seats and a whole lot of dog hair from my two long haired dogs. I also had paint pen from Walmart still on my windows after many attempts at removing myself. Absolutely spotless when I picked up!! They did such an amazing job on removing fur and stains! The seemingly impossible to remove paint pen WAS GONE! Like magic! My car has never been so clean! Absolutely amazing! Everyone was also SUPER nice and they got it done in a day! They charged $160 for interior detail, and hand washing the outside! An absolutely fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming here again when my car needs to be cleaned!!

We're both gobsmacked at the care attention to detail we received for a (way more than) "full service" car wash. We both did the standard level wash (not full hand wash) but my car was detailed better than when it rolled off the dealer's lot. My fellow traveler and I both remarked about how this would be 4 times as expensive back home. Yes $50 for a car wash doesn't seem inexpensive but for that kind of service it was a bargain. I should add that my car arrived with 2000 miles of bugs, dirt, and who knows what else.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. My daughter attends college in the area, so I had to rely on her assessment at pickup -- which is understandably different from mine. Here's what we encountered: 1. It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.

After talking to multiple auto shops, John quoted us $2800 and said it would only take 1 week to repair. After giving them my car, they kept giving excuses for why it wasn't ready. First, the part hadn't come in; then they said there were no available refurbished parts (which showed they hadn't ordered the parts yet). Every time I called, they said the car should be ready in 2-3 days. Eventually, after 3 weeks, my mother called, and from then on, the receptionist kept lying, saying it would be 2-3 days and that they were just waiting on parts. My mom continued to check in every 2-3 days as they said, and eventually the reason turned into someone just quitting, and they are behind on labor. This makes sense considering my mother heard John Ed yelling at the receptionist (his daughter), calling both her and his workers dumba**es one time when the daughter "accidentally" forgot to put her on hold to ask John Ed about an update on my car. It took 6 WEEKS for me to get my car, leaving me stranded here for Thanksgiving. Also, when I got my car, the price jumped to $3200 for "other work that needed to be done," even though they did not consult either my mom or me about the additional work. They said that "John Ed gets into a groove, which means he can sometimes forget to update the customer". I was willing to forgive and forget until I found out recently, when I went to get an inspection, that my coolant had water and that my entire coolant tank needed to be drained and refilled. John Ed was the last person to put coolant in my car, which means they put water in it to make it last longer.
