Hands down one of our favorite tasting Boba Drink places! Sooooo smooth and perfect sweetened and you can modified the bobas, jellies and sweetness how you like. The cups are perfect and adorable- I prefer the tea and husband prefers the tea with the bobas so I can sip from the cute red topper and he can get all the bobas with the straw. I love when bubble tea shops use lactose free products in their milk tea. A small little shop, looks like it is family ran, Asian ran. You can personalize how much sweetness you want in your drink. The kiosk is a bit difficult to use. There is no size to choose from, and if you want to adjust your sweetness, you need to verbalize it to an employee. I haven't encountered a bubble tea shop before where you need to pay $1 for standard tapioca. I splurged and got a bear bottle for the taro milk tea, it was an extra $3.50. For two bubble teas, it was expensive. I spent 24$. read more

Was okay, it was annoying having to order on a screen when the options for ice and sweetness wasn't on there. You'd have to verbally tell them which at that point I'm not sure why that iPad was even necessary. The drinks were not the best. Not the worst, but definitely could be better. The milk was made from powder (nondairy) which is great for people who are dairy free but I wish it didn't take away from the taste of the drinks. It tasted wayyy too milky and sweet even though I got half sweet. I didn't want boba and wanted to trade it for another topping, however they told me that would cost extra, which I think is insane. I'm saying no boba, I want something else, why do I need to pay for both? (The drinks come standard w boba, most places allow you to sub that for something else free of charge) so because I got stuck with a drink that had a topping I didn't love, the drink itself was -1 point for me. The best cup was an additional $4 which I thought would be fine at first however I swear it felt like there was less drink. It was still cute. Cha Cha is my "go to" boba shop in Little Rock, which is not saying much, and I love to support a local, woman-owned business. Highlights: the variety. They have unusual things like the "Crystal" saga sometimes, specialty drinks in plastic bear bottles you can reuse, and a drink option for the fruity, herbal, tea, or sweet drink lover. Plus, you can customize your boba/jelly and your sugar amount! Plus, the boba has never been bad. Not so great: the drinks are mostly made from powdered mixes and it shows. My last few teas have been much more milk than the tea flavor (Milk teas) and their normal sugar level is extremely sweet. I ordered 50% sugar the last two times and it was still a touch too sweet. It also takes awhile to make these drinks. And the drinks are about $7 each. I would like to try the avocado next time, and will go again to try and find my perfect match. This place has some decent boba. Staff was excellent and attentive and my drink was good! I got that Thai me 0% sweet with boba, and it was still a bit sweet for my tastes, so I assume their mixes are just on the sweeter side by default. Adjust as necessary! As a Chinese Los Angeles native, I can vouch that Cha Cha is the real deal. It was an amazing and unexpected find in the middle of downtown Little Rock! We tried the signature milk tea with brown sugar boba, the peachy lychee smoothie, and the rose milk tea with brown sugar boba. All were absolutely spot on! The tea was freshly brewed and delicious. The boba was cooked perfectly. The smoothie was blended with fresh fruit and unbelievably refreshing. Everything was so good that I went back as soon as we finished our drinks for seconds!
