I had a wonderful experience. Marah was phenomenal. They were extremely helpful, composed, had a good attitude, and made good suggestions. You could hear the person in the drive through having a tantrum and Marah never once raised their voice, acted or said anything disrespectful, or sunk to their level in general. Marah is a model of customer service and deserves a raise. I had an açaí berry smoothie and and chicken pesto flatbread. Very tasty. The chicken was fresh and the pesto was very good. Nice, clean, and cozy friendly at this location. Must use your rewards app for great bargains. Try the chicken salad sandwich with nuts and pineapple in it. Very good on toasted wheat bread. The side I choose is always baked potato chips. Very big sandwich and delicious. The triple berry oat smoothie is loaded with berries, whole grain oats, flaxseed, whey protein, and Splenda. Only 410 calories. Also, if applicable ask for your Senior Discount. Our bill got $2.00 knocked off the total. A very cool and clean way to eat. read more

I had a nice experience eating at this place. The smoothies they made were pretty good. I think a bit on the sweet side perhaps. Possibly they are using a fruit juice (Apple maybe?) as the base. Gross and expensive. All their smoothies have sugar added except one, which I ordered - clerk said the ginger in it makes it sweet - have you ever had ginger? I think it'd be the pineapple, no? At any rate, it was not sweet, but mostly tasteless with a hint of nasty, needs-to-be-defrosted-and-cleaned freezer burned ice. Probably my worst experience yet. If I could leave no stars I probably would. I love going there probably one of my favorite places to eat and today one my worst experience yet. The workers were careless and when I asked for my order to be corrected politely the other lady started making the "wtf, I'm not gonna do that" face with attitude. Well, went back and had the worst TSC smoothie I have ever had. I ordered the Blueberry Bliss with kale, peanut butter and protein. Once again, the smoothie was so plain tasting because of all the ice, but this time the ice was not blended up very well so there were chunks of ice that were even clogging up the straw. I was so disappointed as I have had that same issue at this location before, and much to my dismay it had gotten worse. I did mention this to the clerk and they gladly remade the smoothie which is greatly appreciated. The second smoothie was much better than the first but it still was lackluster in the taste category. This is my favorite place to go too for a healthier quick meal. I recently moved to NLR and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ordered here my order is ALWAYS wrong. I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap w no tomatoes and side cup of the Caesar dressing. They gave me a buffalo chicken ranch wrap WITH tomatoes AND a side cup of Caesar, not even the same dressing as what is on that wrap. I've even ordered off bite squad and uber eats and my order has always been wrong, ALWAYS. Hopefully, a supervisor sees this so there can be a change made. I wouldn't recommend this location, recommend going to the one downtown or one by the riverfront. read more

I've been coming to this location ever since it was built. I have found service to be pretty friendly, and have never had any mix ups with my orders. I moved out of state and was recently back in town. My friends wanted to come here for lunch and I was amenable due to Tropical Smoothie being relatively vegan-friendly. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap without onion and cheese, along with Beyond Meat. It was pretty good. I didn't find that the Beyond Meat tasted like anything, and this could be due to all the other ingredients in the wrap. I liked that I didn't get a headache after eating it, which can often be the case when I eat processed veggie meats. Whenever I'm in town and want to eat out, I'll probably come to Tropical Smoothie. I say probably because there could be a chance a more vegan friendly restaurant will open/more restaurants will add more vegan options to their menus, BUT I won't hold my breath on that. Note to vegetarians and vegans in central Arkansas: Please ask for more vegetarian and vegan options. read more

Family of 6 went for a quick bite on Sunday and it was S L O W getting service! Food orders were delivered and consumed 10 minutes prior to receiving our watered down smoothies! As far as Tropical Smoothie Cafe's go, this location is sub-par. I eat at several locations of this chain regularly and JFK restaurant is poor in comparison to others. I typically enjoy TSC food, but this location is inconsistent and somewhat "thrifty" with their portions. The kale-apple slaw is usually my favorite side, but here it is a soggy, slimy mess. If you are craving Tropical Smoothie Cafe and time allows, go to the Main St location instead. read more

Don't get the tacos! The new Artisan tacos are whack! I literally thought that they had only given me one of the two that I bought, but they assured me that there were two right next to each other and sure enough they were right. They even said that everyone thinks that... wow. How can you justify charging people $6 for only TWO dinky tacos? They didn't look anything like they were portrayed on their menus and the smoked jalapeno chicken didn't have an ounce of jalapeno flavor. The cilantro fish taco had a kick to it, but the fish tasted gross. I was really looking forward to trying these new tacos, but was definitely left HIGHLY disappointed. :( I would recommend the franchises stay away from the taco scene. I could go to Taco Bell and get 6 better tacos for the price of these two pitiful tacos from Tropical Smoothie Café. Makes me sad. read more

your smoothie experience will depend on the day. the smoothie taste is very inconsistent. I used to get the orange passion every time I came. delicious, incredible, best smoothie I've ever had. they took it off the menu. so I got something they SAID tasted similar. the orange passion tasted like sunny d. what they gave me- orange dream I believe, tasted HORRENDOUS. it was orange and white chocolate combined. who came up with that? but on to the main complaint. every time I get a smoothie, it tastes different than the time before. I have been getting the paradise point. it was good every time, but tasted different every time. but still good. until. the last time I got it. it tasted like they blended acorns and bananas together. truly disgusting. read more
