He is kind and listens to his patients. He stays up to date on the latest technology and treatments. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with my insurance claims. On the few occasions I have needed an emergency appointment I was able to get in the same day. My only complaint is the Provo office doesn't have all the newer technology that the Springville office has. Both offices are very clean and comfortable. They also had a fully stocked changing table in the back, which came in handy since I took my five young kids with me, including a baby. The contact lenses I ordered were actually a better price than Costco so I am glad I can support a local rather than a bigger corporation. I have since gone back again and Dr. Clark is still amazing. I also want to comment on their wonderful receptionist who took so much of her time to contact our insurance to make sure our benefits were completely understood and helped determine the best way to go about using them to receive the most bang for our buck. If you are worried that they won't want to give you your prescription to buy glasses elsewhere or that they will give you a hard time for it, that is false. Also, if you prefer to do images instead of having your eyes dilated at your yearly exam they do it here for $15 and that is the cheapest I have ever had an optometry clinic offer those for!
