He is kind and listens to his patients. He stays up to date on the latest technology and treatments. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with my insurance claims. On the few occasions I have needed an emergency appointment I was able to get in the same day. My only complaint is the Provo office doesn't have all the newer technology that the Springville office has. Both offices are very clean and comfortable. My problem was how Rocky Mountain ATV handled their mistake. They would not immediately process the return because they first wanted to verify with their shipper that the wrong tire had actually been sent. They also refused to ship the correct tire until I returned the incorrect one. I explained that we were leaving town soon and that getting the replacement was time sensitive, but that made no difference. If I had ordered the wrong tire, I could understand being required to complete the return before a replacement was shipped. But Rocky Mountain ATV shipped the wrong product. In that situation, I would expect the company to take responsibility for the error, immediately send the correct tire, and deal with the return of the incorrect tire separately. The shipping mistake would not have affected my opinion of the company. The way they handled it did. Good customer service is often defined by how a company responds when something goes wrong, and in this case Rocky Mountain ATV made their mistake my inconvenience.

I sat in chat to resolve it with no luck. They told me I had to call after confirming a bunch of information. So, I sat on hold to resolve it. The person I did work with when I got through was kind and polite. But it took 22 minutes after 20 minutes in chat. Well, that's some serious BS. You don't get to take the money first and then make me jump through hoops to get the product. You *can* take my card because you did. You had to refund it. Then I had to buy with Paypal. Absurd. It makes zero sense. If you are worried about fraud, maybe don't run my card in the first place. Buyer beware. I have never met an online retailer who made it this hard to give $1000 of my hard-earned American dollar until yesterday. I spent an hour of my day dealing with this. That a lot of time for something that shouldn't of happened in the first place. I'd like to send them a bill for my time.

His office is immaculate but also great for young kids. They had some toys in the lobby for kids to play with. They also had a fully stocked changing table in the back, which came in handy since I took my five young kids with me, including a baby. They were very efficient with the exams, respecting my time, and their price is great and fair. The contact lenses I ordered were actually a better price than Costco so I am glad I can support a local rather than a bigger corporation. I have since gone back again and Dr. Clark is still amazing. I also want to comment on their wonderful receptionist who took so much of her time to contact our insurance to make sure our benefits were completely understood and helped determine the best way to go about using them to receive the most bang for our buck. She was wonderful! I hope you will take the time to come in and support Doctor Clark because him and his staff will do their best to help you.
