Office Experience…read more Came for my dental appointment and was confirmed multiple times to be on time - I was. After arriving I was told I needed to update my medical records ahead of this appointment. Never was told to bring in my medication list or not be seen. I pay out of pocket there is no reason for insurance to be notified. My medication list is long. It is required of new patients and I have been there several times between July 2025 and today, 06/15/2026. Cannot have appointment without update given before seeing anyone. If needed and so important, why was I not made aware before showing up for appointment? Front desk was very adamant. Every lame reason was given already in my file. No need for badgering me to drive a point. It is very embarrassing to have this discussion in an open space.

He's trustworthy, doesn't recommend unnecessary work and has a friendly staff. I also know that he's thorough because he discovered that my son (who was 17 at the time) had a random extra tooth growing in under the gums, which none of his previous dentists ever noticed on X-ray. They are courteous and empathetic until It comes to finances. This is where Leah comes in and can be a bit brash when you question her about charges. Some charges are a bit way overpriced in my opinion. In the middle of my husband's treatment, they informed him his insurance is no longer taken and attempted to charge him an amount so over inflated he walked out, sought another opinion, and changed dental professionals...at 60% less than what Leah quoted him. So just be sure to shop around. It's your out of pocket expense! And to not finish a procedure in the middle of treatment leaves us less than unimpressed.

I had a minor procedure with 4 teeth pulled. The next day the office texted to check in on me and even remembered the event I had and asked how it went. Super caring and attentive. I'm in the processing stage still so I'm not sure if I'm approved by medical insurance fully yet but I can say Dr. Greene and staff are working diligently with the medical team to get me approved. Every interaction I've had with this office and the people including the doctor has been top tier. This coming from someone who sees doctors as a full time job it seems being chronically ill; this is a rare experience. That in of itself makes this office one of the best. But I cannot forget the star of the show who makes everything possible with her knowledge and skill, Dr. Greene! She's amazing. She got 6x6 implants installed in my mouth. My recovery seemed almost too easy compared to the stories I've read during my research but I hardly had any bruising or swelling. I felt she was kind and gentle with me. The office checked in on me during my stay while I was healing, and even accommodated me easily when I needed a minor adjustment to my bite making me a same day appointment. My temporary teeth feel great so far and my healing process has been smooth. I go back hopefully for my permanent teeth in four months if all goes well on my end with healing. Dr. Greene has a passion for what she does, you can tell as it seeps through in everything she has built and the way she goes above and beyond fighting for her patients with insurance. I'm forever grateful I found her and her team. I was suffering daily with illness and so far, only one headache in two weeks and this is just the beginning to my body recalibrating from the infections I had before seeing Dr Greene and getting treatment. The smile has been amazing. I haven't stopped smiling and showing off my teeth since the day she installed them! I just can't scream her name and how great she is from the roof tops enough.
