I went here based on the ratings at the time. On first visit, I'm told ALL my fillings need to be re-done and both crowns are bad. Then talked to "financing", yes like I was on a used car sales lot. Felt like it too. They came so highly rated and my fillings were old so made appointment to do those and see where we went from there. On arrival I'm told, no we're doing the crowns! I should have walked out. I didn't. Received a bill almost a year later that has no explanation on it for what it was. After talking to office manager we hammered it out. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had the worst experience of my life with this office and will never go back. I have made sure to warn other people not to come here and will continue doing so I went in for a cavity that turned into a crown. According to the office, I needed multiple crowns, Which I've been told is untrue from Dentist since then. They lied to me about one of the charges completely. During a filling, Dr. Beiderman made a whole speech about how she doesn't charge for pulp caps if insurance doesn't cover them because you can't do a filling without them, low and behold, I had a separate charge that I got to pay out-of-pocket for a pulp cap after my filling. When I specifically called and spoke with billing day, acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and confirmed that they definitely did charge for that. Most of my appointments there took HOURS, presumably because she was seeing other people. Similar appointments with other dentist have taken less than an hour. When it came time for the crown, they put one on that completely did not fit and had me leave their office, unable to even close my mouth without completely biting my cheek. I could not chew regularly or talk normal and I kept being told that it was just "swelling". After a lot of wasted, childcare and pain and frustration, I tried a new dentist. Thousands of dollars and many days of needing childcare later, my tooth that Dr. Beiderman's office did incorrectly is finally fixed. The office is still hounding me for a bill for a crown they did completely incorrectly despite the fact I ended up paying Another dentist to have to redo everything, which insurance didn't cover at all because it had not been five years. Don't go here, if you need anything, besides a basic cleaning, you will regret it, but I'd be willing to bet they gouge you even for that. read more

I can say I have been a patient for years and never experienced the treatment I get at Dr BIederman's office. She and all of her staff especially Erica her assistant and Jody in the billing office are the best I've ever encountered. The way Dr Beiderman communicates, treats her patients and is unparalleled and so caring for each patient. I had high anxiety my entire life with dentists and I can say I have never trusted another dentist like I do this one. She treats every patient like her favorite and it's not fake it's from the bottom of her heart. They are NOT out to spend every dollar of your insurance every year just because it's there. They will however remind you to floss! LOL. If you really want to find a long term dental home this is the place. read more

We were their customers for years. Just disappointed always something wrong with our teeth. They told my son he needs fillings and I'm tired of there is always wrong with our teeth. So I changed to different dentist. And the new dentist told us there is nothing wrong and no fillings are needed. I'm pretty disgusted by them. read more

I went in to ask about the mini implants and I was told yes the Dentist will do them and I asked again to make sure as this was important. I went in and the girl started doing x rays and even more x rays and then said Oh...we dont do implants the dentist refers you out. Well I did not go in for a referral. I was mislead and was charged $166 for c rays I did not want unless they did implants there. I was lied to and will not use this office again. read more

I would not recommend this dentist. They are friendly, however they will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. My cleaning cost was over $600- which they said would be covered by insurance but in fact was not. They told me I had rampant decay and had cavities everywhere. I have since had a consult with another dentist and they said I had ONE cavity and did not see any signs of rampant decay. They also billed my insurance for giving me "instruction" which I've never been billed by a dentist before. Don't ask questions because they apparently bill you if they answer too many. I will be switching dentists. read more

She did several crowns that did not fit. They were replaced by a Qualified Professional Dentist and unfortunately the Dental insurance did not paid for crowns that were less than 5 years old and had to be replaced! She did not refund my money. Very unprofessional that she doesn't stand by her work or make things right. Reading the reviews I am not the only patient who has issues with crowns that do not fit. Every 3 or 4 months I receive bogus bills, generated by new staff, due to High Turnover Rate. Do not Trust Dentists located at Shopping Centers! read more

We have gone to Dr. Biedermann for years and have always been extremely happy with our care. She does a great job explaining what she thinks should be done and why, and is very big on proactive treatment instead of reactive treatment, but also respects any decision to wait on treatment without making you feel foolish for wanting to wait - she just helps you make that decision for yourself. Her bedside manner is top-notch, and we've never felt rushed in and out. She also has great staff, and works with oral hygienists who have the same great bedside manner as she does. The dental assistants are great, but Dr. Biedermann hurt my teeth more than them. Like, severe pain. They also charged me witout telling me and didn't inform me how they were charging me. Please don't go here. You will be shocked how much you owe. They're doing this thing now where they charge you and your insurance company if they have to do more than a standard hour, and they don't inform you of this or get your consent. They are shady and sneaky with how they charge you. She also overwhelms you with information. read more
