I was worried I would have to get a whole new bed, on top of the cost of moving! I got in touch with Gibril and explained the issue to him. He came prepped with the tools and experience to deal with the problem, but when he assessed the bed he found that the issue was not what the previous mover had told me. He made quick work of the disassembling, moving, and reassembling the bed in my apartment. He was very thorough and sent me pictures of his progress throughout to make sure I was satisfied (I was at work and my roommate was home). It's so hard to find a mover-- but Gibril is one you can trust. He is friendly, proactive, skilled, and confident.
