We hired Lift With a Twist via Pack and Load to move our items into 2 Pods. The team of 4 arrived, assessed the best approach to efficiently pack the pods and started the work. These gentlemen are so good at what they do. They handled our property with care and were a lot faster than we anticipated. Eugene and his crew are work hard and were very polite. They managed to get everything into the 2 pods in the 3 hour window (even with a stubborn treadmill). We bought pizza for lunch and spent some time getting to know them. What a great team! Moving in itself is stressful. We heard nightmares from friends who experienced damaged items from other moving companies. This was a dream team. They provided quality work at a reasonable price. I have moved a lot and have succomed to a great sales pitch and low-ball estimate, only to have a crew of careless, inexperienced men leave me with broken furniture and a bill that dwarfed the estimate. I liked the idea of a moving company led by a woman who might do things differently. Tenelle listened to my horror stories and vowed that she would take care of me. She gave me a fair quote. Lift with A Twist absolutely saved my husband and me when we were moving. We rented a Uhaul and originally hired another company through their site to help us load/unload, but when the day came they were unable to make it. We called Lift with A Twist in a panic and they were able to help us! We originally thought we needed 2 guys for 3 hours but we needed to make two trips and they were incredibly accommodating and ended up working for 5 hours.
