A Must Read!! Their service has been awesome so far!!! Renee has been super nice and has been making the process very easy. I'm very glad to be working with her! Edit Post... It's been over a year working with Renee and she's still top notch!! She has contacted me basically every week and Promptly answered all my questions!! Edit post.... It is less than two months before my statute of limitations and these worthless pricks finally call and say I do not have a case. I cut my ulnar nerve and severely damaged my arm and hand. They claimed over this past 22 months that I had a good case and not to worry. Considering I am still off of work, spent all of my retirement, and lost two years of income. Yes I was awarded workers comp (which is 1/4 of what I have lost Since the injury). I was worried about all the money I was losing from not working and cash going into my 401K also. Worried about the looks and use of my arm for the rest of my life. I was assured that those things were going to be in my civil suit and not to worry!!! On top of that, the lawyer they told me to call for the workers comp side of it was an absolute joke!! The worst! I barely had three conversations with him (Wallace in Weirton, WV) in a year and never cared if I was back to work. Come to find out, these guys are WORSE. They could have looked at my case right after it happened and let me know that they were a joke and couldn't do anything for me. But No!! They had to wait until I struggled for almost two years. Being off of work and pulling out all of my retirement to ensure my two kids (3 and 13) had a home and food to eat. They don't care about you as a client. They don't care if they ruin your life. They will lie to you until the end. The prick Joseph didn't start looking at my case until two months ago when he called and completely went over my case. Today I asked him multiple times why they waited until now to tell me they had nothing. He sat in silence. He had no response for anything. Then tried to make up some bullshit about they had to wait until the doctors gave me my disability rating to see if I had a case! Why Would that keep them from looking at the machine and the guard right away?? Again the snake was silent! Also Renee was very nice for the first year. But apparently she lied to me the whole time. Saying there was a good case and ensured I would get back the money I was losing every day. I work for a big company so I wouldn't put it past them that the lawyers were paid off because Nothing makes sense. I have a permanent disability in my left arm, A disability rating of 34%. I lost, and will never regrow, the muscle in my hand. My pinky is permanently bent. I also can't spread and close my fingers . Also, my company didn't turn my injury into OSHA right after it happened. OSHA never showed up to make the company fix the guard that was defective. It just seemed like they could have did SOMETHING for me. These guys couldn't even get my wage loss back! What an absolute joke!! I definitely should have call Edgar Snider!! Every day I wake up and look at my hand and my financial burden these people has put me in, I will edit this post (so it's the first one you see) so the people, in need of a REAL lawyer, knows the truth! read more
