I was recommended Jack by a friend. However, it was the worst decision. He gave me advice on the initial support case to turn down an offer which backfired and cost me 2x more. However, he said I had further options for the case. He charged me more money to represent me. This time he was unprepared to argue my case missing key elements I gave him. He completely ignored my ex's counter suit. In fact, I asked him why he didn't say anything and his exact words were "don't worry about that." Needless to say I lost and the counter suit was awarded. Now this is where it gets good. After the loss, he refused to answer emails, he refused to return phone calls, he had his secretary say he would call me right back. He absolutely refused to discuss the outcome because he knew he f'ed up. I put my trust and A LOT of money in him and he was a waste. Being afraid to discuss his loss was amazing. Do not use him! I called this law firm to get a consultation on a criminal case. I was pretty much treated like I deserved what happened to me. The lady on the phone was rude and was only considerate of the police department. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM! You would be better off handling it yourself. read more

Jack presents well in court, he understands the law and is compassionate. I highly recommend him to represent you in custody cases. I do have to say what he deals with on a daily basis for his clients has to be tough. I can understand why his receptionist seems a bit on the grumpy side, but, at least she's there and helps Jack's clients. Jennifer, his paralegal is very easy to deal with. She is great at helping you figure out what is important in your case when dealing with Washington County's family court. He helped me prepare for what I was facing. I like the fact Mr. Puskar respected my ex-wife and we have been able to come to agreements that work. I was in court recently and Jack was opposing counsel, I found him honest and fair. I can't say that about most attorneys. He made the situation which was a big mess..... simply work out. Absolutely terrible law firm. Did not do anything in a timely manner, was never prepared, and I had to call the defendants attorney in order to get things done. Repeatedly lied, "forgot" to do things he said he would do. Said he would waive the fees for not doing something he said he would and then refused to provide a statement showing where the fees were waived. Definitely an example of why people don't like attorneys. Do not waste your money. read more
