He is very difficult to talk to & doesn't have much compassion or empathy! My family went through a very difficult time, still are & he doesn't care about us- - - he cares about the almighty dollar! Thank goodness we finally another attorney who cares about us & has sympathy & has walked in our shoes, so she's knows how difficult this is for us- - - especially when we were so close! And she was the person who raised us- - - I don't know who's worse- - - the Attorney or Syka Funeral Home! Ugh! They were cut from the same cloth! If that's not where SHE said she wanted to be buried in her final wishes, we certainly wouldn't have taken her there! Our family has ALWAYS gone to Bohn-Matich Funeral Home! They treat you like family! Since our first funeral in the early 80's, they have become part of our family! Paul & Bobby are more than just Funeral Directors, they take care of your loved one as of it was their loved one. And they treat you like family! I never felt that way at Syka's! Never ONCE did he offer us(and we only had a handful of people) a Kleenex or a cup of coffee or something 2 drink. Oh he did order a pizza, by the time I got to the pizza, there were only a few slices left and NONE of my family ate!! There wasn't enough for each of us to get two slices a piece!! Ridiculous!!
