They perform, in my opinion, unnecessary procedures and the front office staff is unprofessional. They will schedule appointments at 9:00 but they don't open until 9:00 so you are left waiting until they finish up their morning meeting. So your 9:00 o'clock appointment doesn't start until 9:30. Make it make sense. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

What I admire most about this office is they work 4 days a week-- the office is closed Wednesdays! At first I thought, oh it must be to get a handle on paperwork or claims. Nope, they simply value time off for everyone to be able to be refreshed ! I appreciate that as a business and customer service model because it means they are mentally fresh on any given day they are working on my teeth:-) The only con is that CNN news is always playing on each TV and in the waiting room, which is not relaxing ever, so I ask them to turn it off in my cubicle. Dr Gammage was on the list of nearby dentists that my insurance accepts. Booked an appointment with ease over the phone. Been twice already for cleanings and an x-ray. Great staff definitely. Dr Knight quoted me over $3600 for the same type if crown).
