There are brands and products that I've seen at other stores but somehow they are arranged in a way that showcase their "purchase-ability". They always seasonally decorate and I enjoy it more than other Christmas displays. The pink tree and sparkling adornments really spark imagination and fuel gift giving ideas. They sell clothes, beauty items, boutique toys, homeware, stationery, candles, jewelry and even desserts up front. As you would expect, everything is quite pricey. Similar to many other reviews, the staff are not the warmest or friendliest people. I've asked a question or two and did not get the most helpful of responses but have experienced open rudeness either. I do look forward to stopping by when I'm in the area and I do think it's a high quality store, albeit quite bougie.

It's a place you need to keep in mind for later when you need a special gift for a special person or event. Staff was so attentive but not over bearing or obnoxious - just around to let me know they could open a case if I needed it.

Off the Wagon is a super fun local toy store. We don't have any kids in our lives we were shopping for, yet still were entranced with how much fun we had! You can find nearly anything in this beautifully curated store. We found ourselves spending a lot of time browsing the adult-friendly puzzles and proclaiming that we wanted to complete 100 different ones. You could easily find a beautiful gift in here for a child or adult alike and I felt inspired for future Christmas gifts. Other standout areas included the kitschy toys meant to make you giggle, and the large selection of fun stuffed animals. I am still actively thinking about the absolutely adorable dog in a space suit and regretting not buying it for myself. The store is very well-organized and the staff are excited to chat with you. Truly a gem of Downtown Chagrin Falls!

We loved the section with adult socks, mugs, soaps, games, plushies and more! They were very punny and would make great gifts for coworkers or friends! I also absolutely loved their collection of plush toys. There were typical stuffed animals, mythical creatures, food, viruses and they ranged in prices and sizes. Most were items I haven't seen in other stores and there was even a really cute and high end Axolotl weighted toy that caught my eye! They also had puzzles, board games, dice, marbles, pop culture/ fandom merchandise (like Grogu, Star Wars, and Studio Ghibli items) and they had some fun candies and drinks too! If you're looking for gifts this is a great spot to check out!

Passport To Peru is located on the true corner of E. Washington Street and is a fair trade clothing and gift shop supporting small global makers. I've been to the Passport To Peru in Coventry but never left with much of an impression. However, I LOVED this Passport To Peru location. The vibe is so great and much warmer and interesting. This global inspired boutique carries bohemian wares and accessories and you can fall down a rabbit hole pretty quickly of looking at beautiful things. I don't pay much mind to the clothes (the sizes are all pretty small), but I love all the gifts they carry. I purchased a beautiful handmade dreamcatcher from a women's collective in New Mexico, a vibrant scarf with foxes on it and a goddess inspired art print for a friend. This is a wonderful spot to shop in when you want to pick up something special for yourself or need a one-of-a-kind gift with meaningful roots. Also, extra points for the EXTREMELY GOOD DOG that greets you when you enter!

However, there's no expiration date on the gift card, and federal law clearly states a gift card cannot expire less than 5 years after the issue date unless the card clearly states an expiration policy. Not only did I have to explain my personal family emergencies over the past year that contributed to my inability to use the gift card, but the owner was incredibly rude about it. She huffed and puffed and made a scene. I was so uncomfortable and plan to never shop here again.

She was very nice when I was spending my money and was very helpful, but when I tried to return a $30 item, she was vicious and rude. For a manager of an establishment to insult a customer and question their integrity over a mere $30 item is unacceptable. Plus, I would expect a boutique store to stand behind their products, have high-quality merchandise, and be responsive to customers with reasonable complaints. A dress with a 2 inch rip is unwearable. Admittedly, it had been a month since I had shopped there, but I do not live in the area and had made a special trip to the store. Even if she had chosen not to refund the money, she did not need to attack my character and call me "ridiculous." That is no way to conduct business.
