I was rear ended and seriously injured. My car was totalled, I had to see numerous doctors, and have Physical Therapy for a year. There was documentation, photos, witnesses, and reports showing the extent of my injuries. So I missed a meeting due to being hospitalized for something unrelated and had provided the documentation. Unfortunately, the attorney Matthew Clark, did not care and did not see enough dollar signs, so he filed a motion to no longer be my attorney and represent me. They did not even ask the other side for a settlement offer! This firm is horrible. Don't waste your time with these ambulance chasers. You need to be in a wheelchair or dead for them to care about your case. Seek counsel that is diligent and truly care about the client. read more
