Our room overlooked the pool which we sadly didn't get to spend much time in. We ate at the restaurant one night and what a meal! Delicious! You can sit out in the patio for dinner and watch the sunset. Def bring some repellent however as the mosquitoes also got quite a meal out of me. Not a single complaint can be made of this place. If you are in the CDP area, def stay here for a few nights!

Very quiet, comfortable rooms, lovely chic decor that still shows off the house's 17th-century heritage. We stayed in the Amédée Saluces suite -- comfy bed, easy to adjust the temperature during the changeable shoulder season. Of course, L'Occitane bathroom products. The owner and host, Geraldine, is lovely and happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, sights, day trips, etc. The breakfast is delicious -- fresh fruits, pastries and baguettes, cheeses, etc. -- and, while we opted for continental (always go for the chocolate croissants, I say), Geraldine always offered hot options, as well. One very small note: you can drive through the streets of medieval Avignon, and there is (very limited) off-street parking at N15, but really, the smaller the car, the better. The BEST breakfast I have ever had at a B & B The hosts take great care with it, and you find yourself feasting in the morning feeling like a king, as he serves you individual tapas fruit, yogurt, eggs, local jams, fresh bread from the town, all served in little tiny cups. Fresh pressed juices as well. The pool was a nice touch, and also the use of a fridge to put your items from the market into. Honestly, the only drawback I had about this place is that they didn't offer a Table Du Hotes (Basically a dinner that you pay for, and they cook for you and you share it with them), but I couldn't really call it a drawback. It was a very comfortable 5 days and we enjoyed it very much! If you're driving, reserve your parking well in advance as the hotel only has a few and it's first come, first served. We did and it was one of the best parking scenarios we've ever had.

Its located in the center of Avignon, right on the main shopping street. As well it's in walking range to the pope's palace, the pont d'Avignon and the museums of Avignon.It's surrounded by many restaurants which serve mouth watering dishes; and bars. the hotel itself is very nice and clean, intimate but not too much. breakfast is served at 7euros per person. the rooms are big and cosy. i will go there again at my next visit to Avignon.

The accommodation is a sensitively restored 200-year-old stone house. You can rent just a room, a self-contained apartment or the entire house. It is walking distance to a great organic bakery for morning croissants and baguette, and less than 10 minutes drive to the beautiful market town of Nyons. The weather was hot and sunny when we were there, and we spent the mornings driving around to the little villages and then back home in the afternoon to swim in the pool. Can't wait to go back.
