Challenger Homes Townes at Polaris Peak - Initial Lot Location
    Michael B.

Recently in the market for a new home and had the best experience I have ever gone through. The sales team really new all the details to any questions I had for them and followed up on some of the more difficult things we had had challenges with in the past from our current home. Home buying is one of the most stressful things I have experienced in the past when I first moved to Colorado and wish it was this easy the first time. I hope that anyone in the market for a new home will consider Challenger Homes for their new neighborhood.

Destroyed the grass they just put in and blocked us in our home because they got equipment stuck.

The house we bought is beautiful and for the neighborhood is nice. We had an issue with a leak when we first moved in and it was corrected immediately. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be near constant "landscaping" going on. It's getting old having the construction trucks in the way and the workers yelling at the crack of dawn (I work nights so it is a problem for my sleep).

I'm currently purchasing my very first investment property and chose The Townes at Polaris Peak - a Challenger Homes Community. I've had an incredible experience so far. My sales counselor and the construction superintendents are very helpful, informative and are always communicating with me. I can't wait to close! And who wouldn't love the views here!

Somehow, his other reviews are all new and some by family members. He sued a veteran for not overpaying for a home when the home did not appraise for the contract price. Please do your research and support a company that recognizes veterans service and their agreement to follow Federal Law. Case #2022CV032033 has cost a 100% disabled veteran over $240,000 in legal fees defending veterans rights that we earned, instead of paying Hi Point Home Builders and their lawyer a ransom to settle. Best Home Builder!!!…read more Well oiled Machine with Craftsmanship by far superior to other builders. We bought in the "Estates" in Meridian Ranch, From the Moment we bought our Lot at the sales Office with Roxanne and Kim we sailed through the process. We picked our finishes through Guys Flooring and they were so helpful making sure we were picking out our style and even though we ran over our budget..It was so worth it. Our Home was on a Schedule and Campbell homes amazed me. Every time i went to check on progress, it was at the Next and then the Next stage. The Home finished On-Time and we are so Extremely happy with the Whole Experience and Professionalism all the way down to the Closing baskets that were so thoughtful. Building a New Construction Home can be a Stressful process but i felt they soothed me at every turn.

We were shocked to move in to see so many items still not corrected, upon closing, we were promised to have all corrected, a year later they have not honored their warranty agreement. It has been nonstop phone calls and emails to get our discrepancies fixed. 75% of our cabinet doors were damaged upon closing, some have been replaced, and others have been half assed repaired. Campbell Homes refuses to replace, their words to Front Range Cabinets, "they don't want to spend the money." We had two plumbing companies state we have an issue, AGAIN, refusal to replace/repair. Everything is documented/time stamped within a few months of closing but Campbell Homes Warranty Manager Valerie continues to state that "we have lived in the home for a year now, it is wear and tear from your children, they will not fix".They have pushed our warranty appointments until the 1 year mark to state it is not covered under warranty. Valerie, the head manager out on the field for the Warranty Team, disrespect my family in my own home. We made complaints to Ed Gonzales who is the Vice President, who refuses to meet us face to face in his office to come to a resolution and takes weeks on end to respond to emails, very unprofessional. It is a shame to see a company take advantage of home buyers and claim they have a great warranty but then build a home with cheap damaged product and leave the home buyer with half assed fixes and a messes to clean up. This shows me that they don't take pride in their work and stand behind their warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this builder!! I am happy to have anyone come walk through my home and see for yourself the terrible work Campbell Homes does for anyone who is looking to use them as their home builder. Also be ready for excuse after excuse and a disrespectful team entering your home.
