I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I called Pensive and Chris fit us in right away - he quickly identified the problems (and there were many), worked to get us a temp fix and then came back a few days later to install new wiring, and set up a mesh system that actually works!
