In the website they are providing false advertising which should be updated asap. It does not feel right to go in the website and have different information compared to the one you receive when you go in to this location. The fitness was similar to LA fitness. I did some legs and arm machine.

The ceiling was leaking water at two areas with buckets almost full - maybe a/c issues and not sure if the gym has been upgraded recently. There is a privately owned Nrgize Lifestyle Café across from the member check-in counter which is a nice amenity. The lady at the member's check-in counter provided limited energy and her ear was affixed to a phone, although another staffer took the initiative to check in my buddy and quickly explained the consecutive 3-day gym pass with an online application and waiver. The gym had stationary exercise bikes on the 2nd floor which allowed open visual to the fitness center below that offered a free weight section, machines and a spacious green astro turf cross fit area. Limited 3 star review for now and will take advantage of the 3-day pass for a workout to try the equipment with an option to buy a membership. deplorable predatory membership practices…read more first they tell you its $1 for the first month and then tell you theyll charge you your last month on the same day. once you sign, "oh by the way theres a $50 dollar annual fee on your next payment". so you go from paying $1 to $110 on the first day and then $160 plus tax on your second month! then if you wanna change anything on your membership you have to call. and theyll tell you you have to call after 11am or go in to talk to someone to cancel. then you have to go in and talk to someone and or finally you have to email someone to change anything on your account?! its 2026! all of this should be able to be done over an app - but noooopeeee the app gives you the option but wont allow you to. they spin you round and round, and then when you want to cancel they will force you to stay and additional 21 days which if youre in cycle that means your last month payment which you paid on your first day doesnt count! so now youre stuck for 2 more months. peak scam mentallity. if you go in better have a card ready that youre willing to cancel cause it will be the only way out.

It's mold coming from the ceiling tiles as well as mold in the A/C vents on the second floor. That's a major health issue and very concerning to know you will be breathing all of that in while trying to workout. I'm sure there are other mold concerns in the roofing but have been painted to hide the issues instead of finding the root to the problem and addressing it. The facility just doesn't seem clean nor does it smell pleasant when entering. Please spend time catering to the building before you all loose clientele.

I also really liked that they had garbage cans in EACH bathroom stall! This gym has really cool workout sections with specific machines to work out specific parts of your body. For example: Abs & Glutes (Boody Builder) section. A girls only section. VIP stretching room, and a Cardio section. When you first walk in there are really amniotic blue LED lights all around that really give the gym a nice vibe. There's an open concept where the machines aren't too congested and there is a VERY large blue carpet area in the center. The staff is really nice and the employees keep the gym fairly clean for a 24/7 gym. (I love those hours too) More pictures to come!

I have been a member of Amped fitness at this location for a little over a year now. Admittedly, I…read moreinitially joined because it was the closest gym to my house. I do, however, hold numerous different gym memberships through my insurance plan as I travel frequently for work. That being said, when I am home, I am typically at amped in the mornings Monday through Friday. Occasionally in the evenings or on weekends. PROS: Very large gym with plenty of space and equipment. Even during the busy times, it's rare to have to wait for anything and it's usually not long if you do. In terms of equipment they have pretty much anything you can think of for any type of workout you want to do. This includes some really unique machines that I have not seen at other gyms. I enjoy that they have a sauna, even though it is most often closed in the mornings. The gyms 24 hour access is also nice. I don't have kids, however I noticed that the provided childcare service seems to get used by many members, which is a nice feature for them. CONS: compared to the other gyms I visit, this one is much dirtier and far more messy than most. There is a younger Jamaican man who works in the morning and he is the only one I have ever seen clean in the year that I've been a member here. I am usually there for 1 to 1.5 hours in the morning and I see him cleaning the entire time and putting everyone else's weights away. Aside from him, I have never seen another employee there cleaning. Most of the time it is 50/50 whether or not there will be cleaning wipes for the machine, or soap in the bathroom dispensers. and yes, this includes during the staff hours. Much of the staff spends more time socializing than anything else from my observations. I will note that most of the staff is very friendly, but there doesn't seem to be much work getting done. Although Amped has a no tripod policy, it is not enforced in any way what so ever. Not a huge deal in the mornings, but on occasion when I go in the afternoon, they are everywhere and it is incredibly annoying. For those of you that are tripod people, no one cares, no one is watching your "content". What's more frustrating than the tripods is that those same people are generally the ones who don't put their weights away. I have seven different gym memberships, and this location is by far the worst in terms of entitled patrons who don't put their weights back. It's very interesting to me that people who are at the gym too work on their fitness are too lazy to put their weights away and will sit in the parking lot and block traffic waiting for a closer parking spot to the entrance. But I digress. Summary: In my opinion, this gym could very easily go from good to great if employees and members alike were held accountable. But ultimately that is a product of poor management and lack of leadership. But you get what you pay for when you join a big box gym like AMPED. Although there is room for improvement, I do really enjoy this location, the equipment, and all that the facility has to offer. If a messy gym and tripods everywhere don't bother you, this is generally a good one stop shop for your fitness goals.

You will definitely walk out sore in the best way. The open windows and natural lighting keep it from feeling like a dungeon, and honestly make you want to work out longer. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this one is absolutely top-tier. The staff is amazing too--there's a lady who walks around cleaning like it's her own home. The place is spotless. And the crowd? Only serious gym rats show up, which keeps the environment focused and legit. Those super low-cost gyms that take anyone just don't compare--they lose that true workout atmosphere. I love my gym!!! Every time a weight hit the floor I would get an evil stare and then eventually got reprimanded. It's gym not a museum right lol? And no I wasn't throwing weights around being disrespectful. I was down in Florida in July 2025 for 2 1/2 weeks and wanted to try this place because it was new. So I bought a one month membership for myself and my wife and then asked to freeze the account until we come back down to Florida since we live in New Jersey. We did everything through a gentlemen named Mac who understood our situation that we wouldn't be coming back down until the next year. I got billed the next month accidentally and he refunded me and apologized. At that time I asked him to take my card off file. Fast forward to January and I've been getting billed the last 3 months after several phone calls with the owner and emails sent without a response. Today was the last straw as I called AGAIN to have my card removed and to be refunded. I mentioned that I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges and he started calling me a jack ass and saying why don't I come and say this to his face because he felt "threatened" and will sue me if I do it. I can't say enough awful things about the people here except for Mac who actually doesn't even work there anymore probably because he was nice. The fact that I asked several times for the card to be taken off file and it hasn't been is severely alarming. Anyone that is traveling and thinking about Joining beware. They told me something completely different than what the contract said. Stupid me for taking their word for it and not reviewing the contract. Not keeping your word says a lot about a business. The gym is beautiful though.
