Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"

We started this remodel/addition in December. We were told we'd be in by April. We understand there are delays but there was truly a lack of effort on their part to get it done. We had to fire them yesterday. There were many excuses as to why the work couldn't get done. "It's raining" - well, there's plenty of work to do inside (pictures attached) "We're waiting on the electrician" - well, the electrician has been here to do his part. But also, there're plenty of other projects that can be done while you're waiting. We have cameras on the property and see that they take a smoke break every 15 minutes. This has also been confirmed by neighbors who see them sitting in the shade most of the day. The owner doesn't show up until 11 or later and often leaves before 3, twice they stayed past 5. "But his guy is there" His guy is an apprentice and can't do much without Preston (owner) being there. Several times I have asked him what it would take to get there earlier or stay later but it fell on deaf ears. The French drain they put in but didn't complete is causing flooding. I requested delivery of materials already ordered and their response was to block me on Facebook. When I called the flooring company I was told that the order was cancelled. The owners are Preston Brassfield and Lacey Brassfield. I had hoped the materials could have been delivered so we could have ended on a positive note, but unfortunately that is not what happened.
