I got to chat with two of the workers for a while about coffee, and they were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that in comparison to other coffee shops the space is very limited. There is a bit of bar style seating against the wall inside and a few chairs in the middle but no tables. Here's the scoop...Nitro coffee begins as cold brew and is then infused with nitrogen gas, which creates tiny little bubbles that give it a creamy, velvety texture. It has the foaminess of beer. Important to note, it has no alcohol. They have an assortment of food- pastries, tacos and sandwiches. The coffee shop is large with seating space on both sides of the coffee shop.
