They were professional, friendly, and casual which allowed me to be comfortable during the photo shoot. The photos came out fantastic and was delivered to me via email about half an hour after I completed my visit. I was able to do one outfit change which meant two outfits total which was great! I don't particularly love how wedding photo booths tend to get cheesy with props and design, so Hashtag Photobooth provided the perfect service for us. They were classy, beautiful, and efficient! We chose the B&W SkinGlow Booth so that our guests could enjoy printed photos for use outside of our wedding day. The SkinGlow adds a skin-softening filter that made our guests' faces look flawless! The communication with the team was very easy over email, and we agreed on 4-hour service time with a travel fee of $150 (to San Clemente). It was one of the easiest vendors to book for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, our attendant was super helpful and helped print enough copies for each group and was quick to resolve any issues with the front-facing screen. If you want to feel like the Kardashians or the Biebers, I would definitely recommend choosing Hashtag Photobooth for your party! We did have a technical issue at the event, but it was resolved in about 30-40 minutes and our rental time was extended to make up for it. Bummer it happened, but it was handled as best it could be in the moment. Beyond the on-site QR codes for each video, we also got a link to all videos the very next morning. Julian was great, punctual, and organized. The whole set-up was great.
