I have a 2023 GMC 1500 and recently had a lift kit installed at another shop. They did a decent job but after some time, the front end started making some clunks and pop noises. Additionally I had installed aftermarket wheels and tires over a year now and after multiple visits to the dealership and tire shops, no one could ever fully resolve the tire vibrations and alignment. They charge me for 4 wheels and mess up my under ordering the wrong ones. When I go pick it up they realize are wrong. Then offer me to order other ones and the option to pick up in another city or walk again until next week.... So I decide to cancel everything, and they refused to give me a refund because only manager can do it and he is not working until Monday. Wtf... seriously , never seem a higher level or incompetence. I installed a lift kit on my truck and had aligned a shop which shall remain nameless. At first all seemed well till the truck started to shake. After much research I decided to go to Champion for alignment and two new tires and several other minor things. The minute you walked in they were addressing my issues, they made some recommendations which I denied (will get back to this later) and never pushed them again. They provided a written estimate, business card and a plan for when the job would be completed. The day before I received a text in the morning confirming the appointment as well as a phone call in the afternoon. Dropped of truck day of and was thrilled with the work done to it. They built my 2016 Ram 2500 Crew 4x4. 6 " BDS with 2" TGC spacer, dual steering stabilizer, steering gear box stabilizer, 24x14 wheels on Nitto 375s and AMP Power Steps so my wife can get in . First ill mention I came across the shop while working nearby and being that I newly purchased a 4x4 Ram 2500, I decided to stop by and check it out. They were just in the process of opening shop and I was hoping to get a good vibe out of the shop. Meeting the owners was like running into family you have not seen in a long time. They have been open for a few months now and have had a few things done to my truck, starting with the differential cover, to train horns, then a lift kit with rims and tires, to the electrical steps. I contacted them by email asking for an estimated for a job, then someone replied to me with the estimated and everything was perfect until that moment. But when I call the same guy a few days later, he told me that he never sent me any estimated by email, also that the price was too low and probably someone else did it for him using his name.
