I have a 2023 GMC 1500 and recently had a lift kit installed at another shop. They did a decent job but after some time, the front end started making some clunks and pop noises. Additionally I had installed aftermarket wheels and tires over a year now and after multiple visits to the dealership and tire shops, no one could ever fully resolve the tire vibrations and alignment. My family was telling me that my steering wheel was too loose and I didn't believe them. I thought it was just the way the jeep was. This place tried to help me by starting off with an alignment but when I told them to just fix it by replacing the steering box, they fit it into my tight schedule. They charge me for 4 wheels and mess up my under ordering the wrong ones. When I go pick it up they realize are wrong. Then offer me to order other ones and the option to pick up in another city or walk again until next week.... So I decide to cancel everything, and they refused to give me a refund because only manager can do it and he is not working until Monday. Wtf... seriously , never seem a higher level or incompetence. I installed a lift kit on my truck and had aligned a shop which shall remain nameless. At first all seemed well till the truck started to shake. After much research I decided to go to Champion for alignment and two new tires and several other minor things. They built my 2016 Ram 2500 Crew 4x4. 6 " BDS with 2" TGC spacer, dual steering stabilizer, steering gear box stabilizer, 24x14 wheels on Nitto 375s and AMP Power Steps so my wife can get in . They were just in the process of opening shop and I was hoping to get a good vibe out of the shop. Meeting the owners was like running into family you have not seen in a long time. They have been open for a few months now and have had a few things done to my truck, starting with the differential cover, to train horns, then a lift kit with rims and tires, to the electrical steps. I contacted them by email asking for an estimated for a job, then someone replied to me with the estimated and everything was perfect until that moment. But when I call the same guy a few days later, he told me that he never sent me any estimated by email, also that the price was too low and probably someone else did it for him using his name. I don't trust these people! A respectful company keep their word to maintain their integrity clean, even if they make an unethical mistake like that. I'm an advertising professional and a 4x4 jeep owner and when you read this review you can make your own judgement about #champion4x4 but my experience is worth it's five stars! I have drove pass this company for many years and always been amazed by the jeeps/trucks that have been showcased outside this company, obviously builds that they've done. But to tell yelp the truth, that's not the reason for the five stars! Beside the first time I called them and they moved mountains to serve me and I was able to solve the problem myself. And yet without them knowing came in with another problem a couple of months later, I have to honestly say I got hook the F**k up! Sorry for my language but that's how I really feel! The issue that I had with my jeep was the speed sensor, which I've had it replace at the dealer before and it cost me more than getting that fixed, brakes done on both front & rear and also getting new tires for under what I paid at the dealer just to get my speed sensor fixed! But even that doesn't marred five stars. It was there customer service and attention to customer needs that did it for me.
