I am writing this review on behalf of my father who purchased a car from The Choice Auto Group team…read morein Omak, WA. My father is a classic car collector and was still trying to find his car show ready ride. He had noticed a beautiful red 64 chevy Malibu with a convertible top that just appeared on the lot. He decided to stop in and speak with Nick and Pedro. They worked with him to make it happen. My dad had an awesome experience with Choice Auto Group and he now has the car of his dreams and Choice Gained a customer and family for life. He says he will only do business with Choice Auto as they made it fun and exciting and even greeted him with a birthday cake before he took the car off the lot because he purchased l his birthday! Thank you Choice Auto Group for making this happen!

Have you ever been excited over something and find out in the end it wasn't worth your time, energy, or all the money you just spent? Well, buying used cars I have....a lot! Those kind of salespeople can make you feel confident you're getting a great car at a great deal, high fiveing you and staring at your wife's ass while your not looking, hoping the snake oil he put in the car will keep the engine knocking at bay during your test drive and the bars leak holds the radiator together. Ok so your test drive went ok, and the salesman that rode with you has filled you full of rainbows and the trust of 1,000 unicorns ridden by the most noble of elves........ you buy the car. You get it home. You are so excited you take your grandmother for a cruise in your new to you car that couldn't possibly fail, since the super honest salesman at shisties quality used autos promised you it won't! So you and grandma go to the ice cream social at the grange hall in the county over and all is well, you personally wipe grandma down of all the hot fudge to avoid getting any on your interior because, well this car is awesome!!! The guy at shisties promised!!! One last stop for depends and a giant bag of hard candy for grandma at the five and dime.....what's that sound???? What's that sickenly sweet smell???? Why does it sound like sasquatch is wood knocking under my hood???? Why did it die????? What's that green stuff pissing all over the ground below the radiator???? WHY WONT SHISTIES GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK?????????????????? Because you didn't buy from choice auto, that's why. I have never seen more professionalism at any car lot. I have never seen such care given to the customer at any other place period!!!! Every car they get is gone over before hitting the lot by their certified professional mechanics in their shop. These guys are the true honest ones. They are willing to work with their customers to get you the best possible deal, and are genuinely nice people. FINALLY AN HONEST CAR LOT!!!!! I will never shop elsewhere again, why didn't I come here first???? So to keep yourself happy, your wallet happy, and grandma happy shop here! THEY DO NOT SELL JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with these people. We dealt with three employees:…read moreGeneral Sales Manager, Morris Lubinich; Sales Manager; Cam Collins; and Salesperson, Mike Eaton. While dealing with Mike we saw a particular model that looked attractive. There were apparently two of these vehicles en route from Calgary. However, Mike noted that the "stickers" on both vehicles indicated they had already been promised to other customers. In fact, the info sheets on both vehicles indicated that they were "Special Order" and both came with a host of pre-ordered additional options. But the Sales Manager, Cam Collins who was nearby "went to check" and discovered that the vehicles were both mis-labelled and were available. During a break in our negotiations, my wife mentioned to me that she didn't trust Cam Collins. She had a suspicion that he was lying about the vehicles being magically "available". I dismissed her observation as I couldn't see why anyone would do such a thing. So the negotiations proceeded. I had a used truck that I wanted to get rid of and asked if they would consider making an offer. Collins explained that they simply put the vehicle up for auction and we would be free to either accept or refuse the offer. However, they would have to view the truck first. As well, to ensure that the new vehicle would be held for us, they would require a $1,000 deposit. I explained that I didn't have the used truck with me (we drove our primary vehicle) and that I would return in the next few days, they could view the truck and I would put the deposit down at that time. The alternative was that I could put the deposit down immediately but only after they gave me a "bottom line" price for the new vehicle not including the trade. We got the "bottom line" price and we returned with the used truck a few days later. Mike Eaton took a few pictures and the General Sales Manager, Morris Lubinich drove it around the lot. Lubinich explained that this truck wouldn't have a lot of value since it was so old (26 years). I told him I didn't really care. I just wanted it off my hands and didn't want to bother selling it privately. Ultimately and rather apologetically, they let us know the price we could expect for the used truck ... it was about what we expected (in truth, about half of what the lowest estimated price for this used vehicle in Canada). Not a problem. One of the vehicles from Calgary was there on the lot, but when we asked about it, we were told it had been sold and the purchaser was picking it up that day. But not to worry, the other new vehicle was to be delivered to the dealer either that afternoon or evening, and that one was to be ours. They explained that they had routine things to do with the vehicle, as well as what processes we would have to go through for licensing, insuring, etc. We were told it could get it the next day. Done deal? Nope. The next day, Sales Manager Cam Collins called us and said that he had made a mistake and the new vehicle had already been promised to somebody else. There is little doubt in my mind that both General Sales Manager, Morris Lubinich and Sales Manager, Cam Collins knew at least that there was a previous commitment on the vehicles we were looking at. And for whatever reasons we were deliberately misled by these two. As for Salesperson Mike Eaton, there's no blame on him. We believe he got sucked in too. At least, we hope he wasn't aware of the real situation.

I purchased a 2023 Ram 1500 pickup from this dealership. I did sign for it after the fact as they knew I would... When it came time for help with the bills it created I got stonewalled and still am being that. I sold it today and want you all to be very very wary of this dealership. Their 12/12000 warranty was told to me as a bumper to bumper but when it was needed it a powertrain only. I asked the GM for the aftermarket warranty contact and got stonewalled yet again... Draw your own conclusions but I would not send a soul to this dealership EVER. SHADY SHADY SHADY...

We had them do a credit check under the false pretense of that price and then would not honour it when we were prepared to close the deal. Also planned to travel many hours to pick it up and were told the day before our trip that they needed to replace the windshield and it wouldn't be ready for another 4-5 days. Turns out he is really good at stretching the truth. Was told by the owner we would be given a $500 credit because we did not want the tv being offered as a promotional gimmick when a new vehicle order was placed so we selected a dashcam. But no credit was ever given, told us the dashcam was given to us at their cost..wrong again, we paid ford Canada price for it. Just a series of lies that have left a really poor taste. The excuse for the dishonesty? Was that we got a really good deal on our trade in. The rudeness of Devon the sales manager that we should "bring the car back" if we didn't like it was the final straw. We turned to Ford Canada customer care. Jason was incredible, truly cared and was appalled at how we were treated by AM Ford. he made it right by issuing us a $1000 credit, which is how much AM Ford screwed us out of. Promised the dealership would receive an internal negative review. They won't ever see our business again. Recommend that no one trust the sales managers there. The financial guy Bruce was great, he had no idea the BS going on Service guy is great too. The sales guy Ashton we first dealt with was a nice guy. Not very good with following up on emails or phone calls. LONG STORY SHORT..TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO NELSON FORD, OR CRANBROOK OR EVEN KELOWNA. AVOID THE DISHONESTY AT AM FORD.

AN AMAZING FIND! A USED CAR DEALERSHIP WITH INTERGRITY AND…read moreHEART!! This dealership is one of a kind. 100% of the PROFITS earned after their overhead is DONATED TO CHARITY. Not only do they give to charity but they also give to their customers. They price their inventory pretty much at cost. They're not trying to inflate prices to pad their own pockets. Another thing that places them above their competitors is that they have every vehicle fully serviced before placing it for sale. They also attempt to make any repairs that are recommended at the time of servicing, such as, brake, belt replacement, wheel alignment, fluid flushes etc. They are honest with their customers and try to be accommodating to every customer as well. They leave you feeling confident about your purchase. Charity Auto Center is owned and solely operated by one man named Garry McDonald. Check out their website to read their mission statement and to view complete inventory as well. Even if you're not ib the market to buy a vehicle, I'd still recommend checking out the website. Garry McDonald is truly inspirational and a delight to do business with. From the moment I made contact with Garry I got a sense of how much he truly cares about his business and its purpose. The only two minor downsides I found was that because Garry is the only employee when I first arrived to his lot midday he was not there and the office was locked with a sign with his cell number ssking customers to call if assistance was needed. When I called him it took him approximately 15 minutes to return (the same amount of time he told me he'd be when I called) With all the great deals, I had no qualms about waiting as I'm sure most customers don't either. The second minor grievance is the stqndard $135 processing fee for all purchases he charges above and beyond the purchase price. But knowing that he's not trying to scam you out of money and that it potentially could be going to a good cause having to pay the additional fee wasn't as hard to swallow. For the record, I only came in contact with Charity Auto Center and Garry McDonald yesterday and they've already gotten my devoted business.
