They also did the project very quickly, and were great in terms of the cleanup and day-of work. As an anecdote to their commitment to the customer, they were very adamant about making sure that we had moved our cars from the garage. They gave me a head's up the day they dropped off materials, and made sure when they dropped off the dumpster a day later over the weekend, that we had access to our vehicles. I would highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing.

I am writing to bring to your attention a roofing company called Lifetime Quality Roofing, which is…read morelocated in Westerville, Ohio. I strongly advise against using this company for any roofing needs. The company has been a source of significant frustration for me. In 2022, the roof was replaced on my property in Hilliard by this company. Unfortunately, a leak has developed on the roof, which is now leaking into my bedroom ceiling. Despite the roof being only four years old, the company has refused to cover the repair, citing that the roof is not under warranty. I purchased my property last year, and the company has stated that the warranty is not transferable. However, the previous owner had reached out to the company and provided all the necessary documentation, yet the company has still refused to transfer the warranty and cover the repair. The company's actions are unacceptable. Firstly, the quality of their work in replacing the roof was subpar, resulting in the leak after only four years. Secondly, they have failed to take responsibility for the issue and have been extremely difficult to work with. They have made it challenging to schedule an inspection and repair, and they have demanded payment even before they have inspected the roof. I urge you to exercise caution and avoid using Lifetime Quality Roofing for any roofing needs.

We had five companies do the bidding process and the quotes were all within 10 to 20 k of each other. Ultimately we chose Champion because of the previous 2 quality installs of a sliding back door and windows on the front of our home. I have recommended champion to two of my neighbors for windows and both have used and are satisfied with the install. My only complaint is that with the referrals of the other two neighbors homes, the salesman (not Marlin) promised To receive a referral check. Which I didn't receive. Pros , low pressure sales , great windows and doors! Great quality and price! DS

I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with the windows while they were installing the windows. The windows are too small. Our original windows had a 2-inch frame around the windows on the exterior. The new windows have a 4-inch frame around the exterior of the window. The screws that are holding the windows are barely screwed through the framing. The spray foam they added around the windows is the only thing holding the windows in place. I expressed my concerns with the installation manager and installation supervisor while they were installing the windows and were told the issue would be addressed. I have called customer service and have sent several emails with pictures to the Regional Operations Manager, and no one is returning my calls or emails. This company does not care about their customers. They got their money (went through their financing) and leave no recourse for their customer. When I can talk with someone, I get the standard response "we will have someone contact you". I am not an unreasonable person, and I am willing to make compromises, but I can't even get anyone who can help me call and talk to me. I spent a lot of money on these windows, and I am to the point I am probably going to have to spend a lot more on an attorney to help me address the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Shortly after closing on the home, we contacted window nation because one of the windows had a crack in it and needed the glass replaced. In October 2024 I paid the warranty transfer fee and scheduled a service call for the window replacement. Shortly thereafter, we noticed none of the windows would open or close fully. On December 3, 2024 a service tech arrived to replace the glass and evaluate the windows. The service tech stated that the windows wouldn't open or close fully because they were left open for so long by the previous homeowner, and a specific part of the windows and before they were able to come out to finish repairing the windows, I got a call on December 23, 2024 stating that "their original measuring photos shows that there was support in the sun room under the windows, but that the support was removed and that voids the warranty". I then requested photos for proof, and I was sent 2 photos. Fortunately for us, those photos show that the support underneath the windows remains unchanged since they were installed. There has been ZERO change to the structure and support of the windows. I then sent them the original listing photos which proves that the support being referenced are the beams which hold up the addition entirely and shows no changes. Once Kelvonne King and Dominique Smith received the information, they said they can't help me anymore and I need to talk to a manager. You can only try calling a manager, after several calls and voicemails I still have not been able to reach Chavis Robinson (manager). Filed BBB complaint and next step will be the news if this doesn't get resolved!

We had a new sliding glass door installed in late spring of 2024(I don't remember the exact date)…read more The blind in between the window did not go all the way down. The installer try to fix it by taking a hammer and screwdriver and hitting the slide stop to try to move it up, slightly damaging the vinyl. That didn't work, so they put in a service request that day. When service called me several days later, they said they wanted to send a specific repair person that would come out in about two weeks. I wish I could remember his name because he knew exactly what was going on with the blind. He told me the door panel would need to be replaced. Fine, six weeks later I get the new panel installed by two new people, who told me that it was taking a while to take the bad panel out because none of the installer do things the same way. But it was installed and everything was fine. Then on July 31st my wife went to open the screen door and the handle broke in her hand. It is just an L shaped piece of plastic with two screws holding it on. It broke where the screw holes are. So I called customer service right away. Since it was a Saturday I was told someone would call me in 48 to 72 hours. I called back on Wednesday afternoon and was told they were just going to call me, OK. The person on the phone sent me an email while I was on the phone with her to take picture of the broken handle handle. I acknowledged that I received the email. As soon as I ended the phone call I took picture of the handle and replied to the email with the pictures. The email said I would receive conformation of the photos. With a power outage and vacation today, August 16th, is the first time I thought to call them to say, I did NOT receive a conformation of the photos sent. I was told the part is on order and they will let me know when it comes in. The part is a small piece of plastic, you can't tell me that the place they assemble the doors doesn't have any in stock. I'm for the most part happy with the door itself. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I wonder what will happen if we have a larger problem. because of the service I CANNOT recommend this Company to anyone.

Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. They did our carriage house in early spring 2026, and the same attention to detail means we now own two very spiffy historic structures. Call Buckeye, you can't go wrong.
