This is an amazing facility offering a variety of gymnastics, tumbling and Ninja warrior classes for all ages. The staff (coach) to student ratio appeared low and the kids got a lot of support and encouragement from the coaches. Based on 1 night here, this appears to be a well run facility with a very supportive environment for the kids. Totally non-competitive.

A quick disclaimer - my review is more an overview as I was there for an event not a paid class. Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend an event with the Louisville independent Business Association (LIBA) at Turners. LIBA had several of the instructors available to show folks how to do beginner moves on the equipment which included silks, trapeze bars, and hanging hoops. I'm getting over a cold, so didn't try it out for myself, but everyone who did had a great time! The instructors were so helpful (and flexible) with participants ranging in age from grade school to senior citizens. They demonstrated how to use the apparatus and then talked people through the basics. During a talk later in the evening, one volunteer said that the club has been producing a circus for over 60 years and that people of all ages participate. She had taken up aerial training in her 30s after having two kids! The friend that went with me was interested in a private session so we checked out their brochure. They offer memberships, classes, birthday parties, and private sessions all at very low cost (way below most gym or club memberships). We had such a great time watching other people try it out, I think we'll be organizing a ladies' night soon so we can see if we're up for the challenge!

What started as a single storefront has grown into 4! With classes for multiple age groups. Various skill levels. And of course special needs children. Loving, patient, and encouraging "spotters" are constantly with the gymnasts. Today, we came to volunteer as they hosted a Down Right Perfect Invitational tournament. The gym was packed with supportive parents. We're so glad we came to help. An uplifting day for everyone attending.

My Daughter started tumbling class a month ago and has…read morebeen to 6 total sessions, and, let me tell you, she started out not even being able to do a proper cartwheel. She has improved her strength, stability, and technique in such a short amount of time. She has mastered her cartwheel, handstand, & walkover - And as we speak is working on her backhand spring. She has had Coach Stephanie every class, (I think by chance) and we couldn't be happier with her progress! My Daughter is SO excited and progresses with every single session. As a Mom, I love this place! You sign up and pick which time/day session works for you! With 4 kids running everywhere it really comes in handy! If you miss a week, you can make you session up the following week. We haven't tried the competitive cheer- but my Daughter loves tumbling SO much... I'm sure it's in our future! Gym- The Gym is BUSY! Lots of groups practicing at all times! I love watching the older groups it's really amazing what they have accomplished! I feel bad they have such low stars... We've loved our instructor & every class!

Our kids were able play for an 1.5 hrs and later spent 30 minutes in the huge party room for presents and cake. Completing the consent form was simple and our group had 1 attendant to supervise. Parents were able to go inside the gym area but outside of it were seats for others to watch through the glass. They have plenty of parking in their lot and are located in an industrial park. Restrooms seemed well taken care of, as well as the party rooms. SIGS is a gymnastics facility throughout the week. An indoor pool and attire shop is also available.

The only thing is that the metal that holds the pull-up bars by the front could be an issue if a kid falls. Putting foam on them (if possible), I'd feel a little better. Also there are weightlifting machines and some weights at the back very corner that could be a problem if some kids are curious or if some parents aren't quick enough. Other than that, all is good!

This review is solely based on the schools out camps over holiday break…read more I signed my child up for camp and we were very excited about the program so I even shared with two other parents - who in turn signed each signed their children up. One child was 6, while mine was 5, but I called ahead and spoke with a kind lady who just returned from maternity leave, she confirmed the 6 yr old could join my kids 5 yr old class. Here's why it was so important that the 6 yr old join the 5 yr old class, this child medically can not get in any public pools, and the 4 and 5 yr olds do not have pool time so this worked out wonderfully. At the first day of camp, we again reminded them about the situation. Howecer, they didn't listen and had the child in the 6 yr old class, the child was terribly upset when the entire class got to swim. This all could have been avoided if they listen to our communication. My child did have a good time running around all day, but the point is that the breakdown of communication is scary and untrustworthy when dealing with a medical child.

We've had a good experience with the teacher in the facility as well. I do enjoy coming here and I do recommend it.
