What's a trip to Roswell without a souvenir of some sorts? Might as well kill two birds with one stone and make it a Harley souvenir as well. Stoped in here to pick up a shirt as well as a poker chip. Store was typical with usual supply of shirts. Was able to find a Roswell themed back. Plenty of fronts and sizes to choose from and customer service was the quality you expect from a HD dealer. Mission accomplished and down the road to my next stop. read more

This place is nice and the T shirt backs are awesome and unique. The staff is friendly and nice. I am a Harley purest and this is mixed cycle shop. They sell several brands and ATV it is only half Harley. Although the staff is nice there a bit clingy. I like to browse and shop with my wife without being approached every few min asking if I need help or trying to explain things I did not ask about. read more

The worst Harley Dealer I have ever been too. Customer service is horrible. I had a bearing literally explode at 6300miles and the dealership not only would not cover they charged me an hour of labor to install new bearing on a loose wheel. I'm not a mechanic but if I had a press it would have been done in 10minutes. They took over 5hours from the time I dropped it off to get it done. I purchased this bike from them in March 2019.... and a bearing exploded! I only purchased this bike bc the service department messed up my previous bike (strip out the oil pan) and offered me a discount if I traded in the broken one instead of making them fix it. I will tell this horrible story to anyone and everyone that will listen and save others from this horrible dealership. read more

Really strange! This place has always been welcoming and inviting. My family has used it a few times for purchases, service, and so forth. My family bought a bike fairly recently. The key was lost and we ordered TWO news ones from Champion. It's took a little while for the keys to get in, no call no text. Finally when we call them to check in, we're told they're available. As life goes. It takes 2-3 weeks to actually get in to pick them up. They have been either lost or picked up by another person! Keys to a bike! Which were paid to be made in advance. Instead of righting the mistake, trying to find what has happened to them, or even offering an "I'm sorry for this mix up!" We are told WE are mistaken in picking up the keys. (Don't you think the bike would be in motion? The keys on the key ring? The bags unlocked since some stuff was locked inside when the original was lost?) After basically being told we're SOL and treated very unlike that of Champion, we're at a loss. Do they not check ID when the keys are picked up? Is there not a log or documentation the keys were picked up by the owner of the bike? Or an approved person? Not only are we confused by what may have happened, we are worried who the keys may have been released to, what other information was released, and a little hurt by the treatment of an establishment we have a history buying from. I'm unsure if there are just new employees, new management, a combination, or if everyone was just in a garbage mood and trying to cover for each other, but that is a huge mistake to blow off! This place sucks. Poor customer service. Dropped a guy and his bike off there to get a tire change and went back later to make sure it was all okay and they had no idea who I was talking about. Stood at the counter to pay for shirts, and the guy ignored me. Had to go to the other counter. Charged me more than what was listed to boot. Had my bike in there awhile back, and they tried to charge me twice for the work. This place sucks! read more

Lifesavers. I was headed to Roswell from Austin, (in the middle of a trip to AZ.), when an electrical issue cropped up. To wit: pulling out of Tatum NM. when both the check engine and battery lights came on. "Oh f**k", think I. Time to weigh the pros and cons: Cons: 1. I'm literally in the MFN. 2. 70 miles from the nearest Harley repair shop. 3. I have one 500ml bottle of water left. 4. I am potentially, very seriously, f**ked. Pros: 1. The bike is running fine. 2. I have more than enough gas to reach Roswell. 3. It's a lovely day, weather wise. I decide to run straight for Roswell, and not shut the bike down for any reason until I get to my hotel. The two warning lights went out after a few minutes, but I'm still leery. Make it my hotel, shut the bike down, it starts no problem. Start it again this morning and ride right to Champion. Turns out the voltage regulator has gone bad (and would have killed my battery eventually). Surprise, the bike is still under the extended warranty! 50 bucks and I'm out the door, after they gave it a thorough washing (removing the bodies of all the insects I massacred riding from Austin). Everyone from the service rep to the salespeople were fantastic. The parts guy, John, is from (roughly) the same area in Northern England that I'm from and is an avid bike and footie fan, we talked at length about both. A very pleasant and positive experience, and a great outcome. Outstanding job, folks. read more

I stopped in Champions 2 weeks ago on my way back from a scooter ride to the Grand Canyon. I was tired and in a hurry! I asked a sales rep to quote a Yamaha Star Venture TransContinental. I gave him all my contact info, we went to the Sales Managers pod and gave the info to him. I told them I was wanting one very quickly! I have yet to hear from them?? The thing is it doesn't matter to me who I buy from. But, I like to buy everything I can locally to let our community benefit. Maybe business is so good the don't need the added stress of selling a bike not setting on the floor. Or maybe I pissed them off because I'm going from Harley to Yamaha! read more

Bought a 2017 Africa twin. Wasted over an hour with their silly "tour"while the bike was checked out. It had a loose mirror and I asked them to tighten it while in the service dept. also put the tire pressure at 36psi. Nothing was done. When asked about the mirror and tires i got attitude. Would not recomend to anyone. They Suck! read more

We were on a 6 day ride on our way home to Denver and needed a rear tire on my buddies Harley, So we stopped in and within 2 hours we were on the road. These guys helped me out when I was dealing with a mechanical issue while crossing the country. They were the closest Harley dealer to my location and I made it there without a tow. They quickly found the problem (caused by a dealer in another state) and fixed it in about an hour. They got me on my way fast and I really appreciated it. We made a special stop here on our way home to Texas. We looked up hours on line and again the night we made it to Roswell. They had their hours posted as Monday - Friday 9 to 5. Saturday's 9 to 6 closed Sunday and a special note on then door : holiday hours Christmas Eve 9 to 3:30 and New Year's Eve 9- 3:30. When got their Monday at 8:45 a and waited. Some men were behind us loading a side x side. We waited til 9:15 and tried to call no answer. On our way out we asked the men loading the side x side and they said we are closed on Mondays. If you are closed on mondays you should post that on your website, your Facebook page and your doors! If you see customers waiting you should go up and let them know you're not going to open for them. What a freaking jerk. We collect HD shirts and charms but this is one HD I will NEVER recommend nor spend 1 penny at! I will tell everyone how Horrible you are! read more
