It's near other museums and interesting places in downtown Roswell, NM, namely the UFO Museum and the Main Street Art Gallery. The collection includes mini houses from various time periods, cultures, and styles. There were several other interesting collector's items scattered throughout. The lone staff member that we spoke to was very friendly. She encouraged us to put a pin of our birthplaces on the giant USA map near an upcoming gallery. The gallery, "Our 50 States from Plate to Plate" will be open later this spring in honor of America's 250th Anniversary. A gift shop was to the left with some miniature items for sale. Street parking was also free.
