Mom will call a licensed plumber to fix. 3. He did clean up the infected debris and sweep up off her carport and take it away. This was not written in contract. She assumed it was part of job- and it would have been if other issues over written contract were not already in dispute. 3. Overall- the work was done and cleaned up.
