When I raised my concerns, Joe Taylor, the owner of Walsh Roofing, stated that the task has been completed because a repair using all new materials would have cost more and that I likely would have cancelled the work. I fail to see how receiving a reasonable quote for a professional repair would result in canceling a job. I asked for a reasonable price for a proper repair--not a low-cost, extremely substandard solution. The photos speak for themselves.

I picked a company that my USAA insurance gave me a huge discount on my property insurance.
