To start the cab was 20 minutes late, he couldnt speak english or take directions. The station is TEN MINUTES AWAY and it took him TWO HOURS to get my uncle to the station. Does this company have ANY requirements for their employees? He then charged my uncle for the TWO HOUR ride that should have taken TEN MINUTES!!!! As I was in a big hurry, I reluctantly agreed after extracting the promise that the $20 of gas I put in the tank would be taken off my bill. When the charge came through on my credit card it was for the full amount. I called and complained but Joseph was unyielding. In the end, the only way I got my $20 back was by contesting the charges with my credit card company. What a scam and a hassle! I will NEVER use Affordable Cab again.
